I have seen this shared a couple of times today, the Facebook timeline is open and the OP seems cool with it.. so I left the name unredacted.

This raises all sorts of questions, not least why has this been public on Facebook for 48 hours and there is absolutely no comment anywhere else?

This whole thing smells like bullshit. As other have pointed out, why tell this on Facebook instead of going to the police. I believe that Penn is innocent.

Maybe if Penn and his lawyer are hanging around these parts, they can teach us how to make hats magically disappear.
