Eh, you can still separate the art from the artist. Shitty, evil motherfuckers can make good music. Shit most of the big acts of the 60s all the way through the 80s were banging underaged groupies at best and far worse occasionally. It sucks but I still like Led Zeppelin.
 
The question you should be asking isnt why they're raising their subscription tier pricing

It's "Why the fuck am I still playing high fantasy Club Penguin in 2024? I'm almost or already in my 30s, I should be raising a kid by now."

you can AFK 400k magic xp per hour with a new bug lol, the spider's lair has small spiders that venom you every tick, just bring lunars and spam click the health orb, it's 69xp per tick.

Yes unfortunately mod Ian Taylor fooled around with a preteen or teen I can't recall but you can look up his name. Sea Shanty 2 and all the other classics you remember are from a diddler. He may have also been on for the first pass of remastered stuff for rs3 I can't quite remember what year he was outed.

Yes. It’s a pretty awkward situation for osrs since it happened after he made all of the music. Like what are they to do about it? Replace all of the iconic tracks? Best case is you separate art from the artist and either move on, or just stop listening to it entirely and boot up your own playlist whenever you fire up osrs.

one of their automated bots malfunctioned the other day ("mod skynet") and muted enough people, including myself, for no reason that jagex had to quash the mutes, apologize and give a day of membership. maybe theyre reworking their automated mute system in preparation for the forced acceptance of tranny freaks. the real issue is that once this tranny shit starts it never stops and it will only be a matter of time before it permeates into the game more and im sure that theyre getting ready for the inevitable shit storm when it finally does happen.

Like, it's very petty to punish people who stuck around for a long time, besides Jagex forcing gay shit in the past, and tranny shit nowadays; they think rather than taking the loss or doing literally nothing but keeping the game up, the players should foot the bill, because fuck you.
 
I've been playing VidyaScape over the last week or so and I gotta say: seeing all the racial slurs and racism in the Global chat kinda feels relaxing for some reason. It's like a protection prayer that wards off all the Current Year shit.

Jagex is planning a change to their subscription ToS with this recent price hike.
Current T&C for subscriptions has this line under the key payment details section; [ Live ] [ Archive ]
From time to time our subscription prices might increase. If this happens and you already have a subscription, don't panic your membership price is locked in and won't increase. If your membership lapses and you decide to start a new subscription you'll be charged the new rate.

Subscription Fee Changes​


We reserve the right to alter our Subscription fees at any time to reflect factors that influence the cost of the Subscription. We will post details of any changes to our Subscription fees on the relevant Jagex Product website(s) at least 30 days prior to those changes taking effect, and we will notify you of any changes to the current Subscription fees in advance of any Subscription renewal (including automatic renewals) by e-mail or other durable medium ("Renewal Fee"). Price changes do not apply to existing Subscription periods, but take effect upon renewal (including automatic renewal).

For example, if you purchased a 12-month Subscription which starts and renews on 1 January each year and we update the Subscription fees in July, your Subscription will not be affected until your renewal in January, at which point it will be charged at the Renewal Fee. I don’t know anything about osrs other than that the community votes for updates. Does jagex add new quests locations and weapons to osrs or do they just do bug fixes
