I've been meaning to watch Limpwurt's whole series but the earlier episodes, the audio quality kinda turned me off, I'm assuming it probably gets better and he just had a shitty microphone at the time.
I wouldn't recommend watching all the episodes in full, for sure but he's done some interesting things.

Tedious has had some adventures in his collection log account, like going something like 15x dry (or maybe its that he got 15 pets first, can't remember) dragon axe at Wintertodh

Doesn't Protect From Magic count as antifire or was that an RS3 only thing?
It reduces damage for some dragons, but it's generally less effective than an anti-dragon shield and much weaker than an antifire potion. KBD would still max 20s. I only watch the videos and not the streams, but I'd guess he's flinching it and doing a red-x stall underneath to keep it from moving. At least he has the colossal blade, it could be worse.

went on to make a quest where you have to drink bull semen twice to complete it?
This has bugged me ever since the quest came out. I heard all the YouTubers saying this and decided to read every bit of dialogue instead of space-barring through, and it says outright that Brutus’s (the bull’s) aggression was causing all the Lumbridge cows to produce bad-tasting milk. Having no cows of his own, Cassius then stole this milk and is trying to sell it. You then kill the aggressive bull so that the cows can go back to normal.

The community for some reason ran with the semen interpretation despite it not being supported in the game at all. You can argue maybe the devs knew people would interpret it that way(?), but IMO it is just a misunderstanding that caught on because no one reads quest dialogue. People just saw the words “bull” and “milk” somewhere in their autistic OSRS quest-rushing haze and decided they knew what was going on.

I still can’t tell if it’s just some massive community meme I’m not in on.

I feel like a lot of the problems would be cleared up by the milk sample being in a bucket and not a fucking potion vial.
But then again, considering that the quest was designed by a faggot, I'm willing to bet they did that on purpose.

Part space bar quest meta and using whatever forced interactions to come to a conclusion: drinking the milk, getting sick immediately after drinking, killing a male bull, Cassius being mad you killed Brutus, could lead you to believe it was cum

But then you also have people that see the Mod that made the quest and their notable features (2 pride events and Death on the Isles iirc has a non-binary character) and just come to that conclusion based on that

idk who created the quest or what other quests/events/etc they've done.

I think it was mostly attributed to the hold-spacebar & get to content meta, less reading comprehension, & it just being funnier when misinterpreted. Also when remembering the bigger points of the quest your brain easily remembers Brutus was a bull, Brutus was the only cattle that Cassius owned, & the milk 'sample' (offered by Cassius) tasted bad.
Until reading a little more about it, I just figured it was a funny "up to user interpretation" type of ending. Some shit you'd see on Jackass. It made me chuckle either way

ALSO unrelated, anyone take the clue relic in Leagues? I should get to my reloaded relic in a little bit & find myself wanting to pick the clue one. This is my first leagues & I'm honestly just enjoying goofing off. Haven't gotten an echo weapon or anything yet, but I've just been doing mostly afk things while at work.

It depends on what your goals are.
If you want to max, Soul Harvest will trivialize Runecraft (though with your regions you can do Kourend library, bloods, and souls for RC & Wildy altar for Prayer) but you're missing Agility and Smithing. Hotfoot helps a lot with both of those. Barbarian Gathering + Endless Harvest will get you 50M in all gathering skills effortlessly while also giving you Agility XP.
If you pick Kandarin as your third region you can get medium & hard clues passively through Thieving. You already get elites through Slayer so the clue relic would mainly be a time saver. The Quadrant is a lot of fun and is EXTREMELY powerful with the water spell & max health relics.

Ultimately you should pick whatever you think will be the most fun.

Personally I'm still debating if I want to take Morytania or Kourend as my final region. I need a raid region and I'm not doing Desert. I'm dicking around doing more tasks while debating if I want Justiciar or Oathplate as my tank armor.

I took Kourend and I'm kinda regretting it. The farming guild was amazing with Transmute for infinite seeds, but all the pvm is relatively slow in leagues and the echo bow sucks.
Hydra has massive damage reduction, kills aren't that much faster when you still have to drag it to each pool. Yama has the judge phases, and oathplate shards aren't a fun anti-dry mechanic since smithing an armor piece takes over an hour. Wintertodt points aren't boosted. A ton of COX rooms have damage type reduction/negation and CMs boost boss damage by a ridiculous amount. Olm can hit 60s off-prayer in a solo. Plus COX has the huge purple table, three megarare slots, and no guaranteed purples in teams.
