But this isn't even true. Even without gay changes, the whole elves questline was changed, and now you can only play the original one in RS3. The old school team was too afraid that people wouldn't want to do the questline for Song of the elves (one of the highest tier quest, with a bunch of high level requirements) that they removed a bunch of fail conditions:
- When you carry the samples back to Varrock you can now teleport and use ships, eliminating the thinking required to hall your ass back
- No dialogue options that can get you caught with the disease sample, because why would you want a little thinking in an RPG quest
- Underground pass has a bunch of traps changed, not only you fail less but it's also more annoying because you can't use some speedrun strats that were in the old version. It's a really boring quest and not needing to check every single trap makes it way better.

These are all available in RS3, but not the og edition™ runescape

ohh that takes you back to dying like at least 70 times when trying to do all the big quests they were really hard and if you died with your nice gear on quest you lost your nice gear
 
the trannies win again. THey are far more annoying and always get what they want, which is to destroy all happiness in the world. Runescape was always doomed because it's british and the british are weak and stupid. They love woke shit, they love their council houses and their slums and stepping over crackheads on the way to their government job where'll they'll hand out tickets for saying naughty words and not having a license to exist.

the marriage thing should have been a real red flag in hindsight, they werent happy with getting legally equal but separately termed partnerships to avoid parasitically attaching themselves to an institution that by definition can not include them, no they specifically needed to infest everyone elses institutions instead.

i am encouraged by how fast this seems to be flipping though. i think the past, when runescape was new, if they had a poll on it it probably would have passed just from the "well we gotta let people live and let live amirite?" culture of the time. now even they know that a poll on it would be most people by far not wanting that dogshit in their games.
 
Little steam players it had are now gone, another game dead thanks to a cultural disease.
I wish there was an option for People to run their own private servers like Shin Megami Tensei: Reimagine. Staff kept their servers running, added content, events three servers killed by a fat retard who didn't understand copyright law

Only user created content can, since we know for a fact fat faggots can't create content, compile systems, writes stories or quests. Hard work would be needed.

I didn't even realize you could have genders in Runescape. All I remember was you could change the hair color/style and skintone.

Then again, I was one of the Neopets/Stickpage kids, so I didn't log too much time into the game.
 
Why does runescape look not fun? Played it once or twice as a kid and didn't find the game enjoyable. Doesn't appear to have changed much since then.
 
Glad I bailed and quit giving them money after the shitshow that was "Evolution of Combat" which went ahead despite everyone on the forums telling them it fucking sucked and was going to make the game a WoW clone.

Now if I want to I'll just play on a private server for a few hours, don't need to grind as hard and you also don't have to put up with Fagex shoehorning shit in that like five "people" who don't even play the game asked for.
 
I did end up playing around a bit on my main earlier but it was pretty depressing.

My main account was and is primarily a free to play account. I have dabbled in membership when it was offered as a twitch prime reward and this one time another player basically sponsored me for a week to show me what membership was really like, cool dude. Anyway as it is now I have a ring of coins (lets you morph into a pile of money) and an assortment of fun holiday items. To complete the gold look I have yellow gloves a gilded 2h, a yellow freminik cape and gilded boots. The latter two are member items so I just dont take them off. The account is functionally retired, and all I use it for is the very occasional nostalgic

I was on 301, and it was frankly depressing. Hardly any real humans, not even many bots. I wanted to go around telling people the end is nigh, repent, the game is dying, etc, but it was already dead.
