I'd say he has the behaviour but not the condition
When Phil was a kiddie his mother had him "lie" about medical conditions for special treatment and possible tard payouts this sadly involved her coaching Phil on bad shit to say about his father during his parents divorce and custody hearing.
Unlike most munchies I honestly don't think Phil believes he has any of the conditions he claims, he knows he wasn't raped and he doesn't have conversations with imaginery voices BUT it's fun to play pretend for attention and asspats.
Phil's in a very special place right now where his BFF Toren will constantly push the "hurtful truth" that Phil isn't Latinx, trans or gay so Phil can either face reality or double down on escapism.....

A couple of things -
1) Remember when I said Phil will cycle back to Jewish again and people laughed at me? Phil has certain obsessions he can't let go of and for some reason Israel an Jewish people are one of them.
2) This is also a rehash of an old lie he's claimed TWICE that a headmate has travelled around while he's been at home and made elaborate plans for them. This is the first time he's included his prison fetish into them though.
3) He only get's like this when he feel's trapped, This is Phil taking normal daydreaming to it's most illogical extreme. It's pure escapism that he has to personify to understand from media he's consumed, Say you my fellow kiwi wanted a trip to Japan or Germany or London if you wanted a holiday, maybe read some city or tourist guides maybe click around google maps etc. You might see a nice looking cafe on the maps or have read about it and say I can picture myself going there for lunch after seeing X, Phil hasn't got that kind of level of imagination for him to want something he almost has to picture himself doing it step by step, but he needs to fill in the blanks with his own personal references, he can't understand cultural or social differences even from VERY closely related cultures like from the UK to the USA where the differences are mostly small and subtle in most cases. Anything small an subtle blows his mind if pointed out and anything major fails to compute for lack of a better term, for example he has a hard time understanding that 98% of UK police officers are not armed, mostly because he's only really seen pictures of UK cops with gun's but also ALL cops he's met are armed in some way.
4) Lack of understanding, let's gloss over the Wolly mammoth in the room of how he think's DID really works, let's talk about details Phil has NEVER travelled outside of the USA, and only when he was younger pre 9/11 by plane he's never crossed an international border at all, After CDG and JFK the most invasive and painful checks I have ever had wherein Telaviv as part of a short holiday, not the visa component but the baggage checks. They are not quick and the Isralies quite rightly take security seriously. Phil has no concept of this he thinks it's like loading a bag in a greyhound station he also thinks that the times of transport are close to accurate, mostly because he only often has to deal with minor delays, with one exception where he requested FEMA aid for a 6 hour delay.... 6 hours for a frequent traveler while annoying is not uncommon when crossing the world, and while it's irritating you wil reach your destination.
5) You can tell this is him starting to reach the breaking point, Phil doesn't have a social safety valve. Phil other than online has no outlet for his emotions or any real hobbies and he's in close near total contact with someone who he really doesn't like (Torren), and it's forcing him to cope in way's he's not sure off. Like many people I have a few hobbies but the one I indulge in when I am pissed off an need or want to calm down is fishing, not only is it fun it's relaxing Just me a Rod a Reel an Nature it let's me think and be quite for a while to order my thoughts and feelings. Phil hasnt got that as as he can't grasp the concept, to him it's all or nothing to use my fishing example if Phil got into that he'd get the most expensive Rod n Reel he could afford and the most advertised lures etc and then claim he's going for his IGFA master cert, but make excuses why he hasn't got it yey, while never dipping a line at all.
In short Phil doesn't have a FUCK THIS SHIT I NEED SOME ME TIME, process he's been conditioned that he needs to feel like the best but most underdone person in any situation an because he has no "life" an never has and his stunted fantasy life he can't deal with things normally.

"Jessica" felt threatened because of Phil's veiled threat dreams to Jordman.
It was mostly people behind the scenes pushing buttons as Jessica didn't actually see Phil's posts they were blown out off proportion before being leaked then people tried to convince Jessica that Phil was a legit threat.
The funny thing is this wasn't trolls it was former Phil friends and asspatters.

From then, up until 10ish at night, there was radio silence, only to bring us this...
Followed up with this a short while later.
Apparently what with Slingblade off drinking cheap vodka and pizza all weekend, Phil is not feeling so hot right now and was probably bullied quite a bit while the drunken ogre slammed about the shithole they call an apartment.
Now, pay close attention to those timestamps of when they went up, we're well into the evening on the 23rd,
In the early afternoon on that same day, this gem showed up on Phils instagram and it's only gone downhill from there.
From then, up until 10ish at night, there was radio silence, only to bring us this...

I'm not an experienced scholar of Phil -- is that silent video with the floating caption something he does? Because I'm thinking the point of that was to communicate silently, so as not to wake a grumpy hungover ogre.

I was just going to comment about his hair... like wtf?
Is he trying to go with that 'just out of bed' look some women go through? Is he just too lazy to comb it?
My thoughts are that he combed it, realized how thin it is and that he's balding and looks more manish..so he just doesn't anymore.
