His understanding of DID, like his understanding of most things he considers himself, is superficial/inaccurate at its best and back-asswards wrong at its worst. In addition to what you mentioned, he also talks about dissociation as if it's something he dictates ie "Im not not comfortable right now, so xochil's coming out".

I'll agree that its kinda funny reading all this over the top autistic nonsense, but i wouldn't say it's anymore extreme than his other antics. It's just his usual attention whoring with a slightly more pronounced disconnect from reality.

lol yeah actually. Buried in this sub are screenshots where he posted an excerpt of his shrinks letter to the SSDI review board. Because he's a retard he crowed about how it totally proved he had DID. But had he read any of it he would have seen his shrink said "He's depressed and stupid, and has anxiety. He lies about having DID because he thinks he'll get off the hook when caught and in trouble"

Phils understanding of DID comes from cartoons, but if he's going to do something it'll be as edgy as possible. He probably believes that's how people with it really act, and that's probably being reinforced by his drunk deadbeat roommate who does the exact same things.

I'm pretty sure you're right on that. Little trivia for you all, the tranny he threatened was Jordan Davis, his old butt buddy from back east. Phil was making up dreams where he had a machine gun fight with Jordan to try and get a feud going. Jessica saw this and lost her shit, then went to heavy hitters in the community she was friends with. Phil got so torn up by people higher on the chain he had to make up an excuse why it was all nbd.

At the same time, it would fill a need Phil has of having something or somebody to scream about appropriating his 'culture' or some shit. He went into complete meltdown mode after we locked down these forums, meaning he's desperate for anybody to be paying attention to him, even those who mock his own creations.

I think it's a cry for help, but in the sense that Xochi fulfils a need no real person does. Xochi actually gives a shit about him, which no one else in his life (apart from us) does. When he's feeling down, he makes a post roleplaying as Xochi where she asspats him. Phil is an incredibly lonely potato.

What I love is the way he thinks they can talk to each other. He'll actually sit down and write a conversation between him and Xochi in which she is the supportive friend he doesn't have.

I doubt it. He's too dedicated to his identity bullshit. The paradise he would choose would be one that accords with the image he aims to project - a South American land full of kink-friendly trans women and Latinx folk run on an anarchistic basis according to environmentally friendly principles. And he'd be utterly miserable, because he's a materialistic white cishet male.

I've often thought that had Phil not got into the identity BS, he could have been quite happy and pretty successful working in, say, town planning or highways or something that accords with his autistic interests. Could have married another sped, produced little new potatoes together.

This is why I figure he needs something tailored to his autistic interests. Road signs and maps seem to be the only things that he actually enjoys for their own sake. I reckon give him a job involving either of those and he'd become a productive member of society. Or would have - it's too late now.

He would've been. Watching his old vids where he lived at home showed he was quite content playing his games and geeking out over Naruto.

Part of me thinks that his cosplaying was one of the tipping points though. Not about the crossdressing, but the attention he got by playing roles. His whole life since college is trying to find the perfect role, and all he has to show for it now are plastic guns and awful tattoos. (Plus one parasitic drunk)

The only thing that's stopping him now is that he's getting older.
