though i also just like the idea of robin or whoever telling everyone the entire history of the void century while deep inside mariejois imu has luffy locked up and is trying to explain to him about joyboy only for luffy to fall asleep instantly because of how bored he gets.



my guess right now is we get a new cover story after elbaph is over. as far as what it would be about maybe something with the cross guild or moria? or maybe the reconstruction of egghead? other than that the only thing i could think of is maybe the reveal that big mom and kaido are alive and hiding out somewhere.

oh yeah elbaph is going to end up being the new place for punk records for sure. which speaking of lilith its strange how little it feels like shes been doing so far shes done about one thing i can remember and thats been about it. i would have thought part of vegapunk would be all about watching the fight against imu.

last i remember she knows the gods knights are there and she saw imu and loki fighting but has no idea who imu is just that the gods knights all listen to him. she also saved sanji before he ran off to fight killingham.
 
How many times does Luffy using lightning to enhance his attacks have to happen before we starting reading into it?

This is like the fourth time that he has pulled this stunt, 5 if you want to count him throwing lightning at Kaido.

It made 250 mill worldwide, but it was also a non-canonish movie.

Demon Slayer Infinity Castle made 750 Mil, so a canon movie about one of the Major events that caps out one piece season? That could do bank...i would love for it to top Doomsday just to dab on MCU defenders

I think Oda been saying that he’s been having to cut things to get to the end for a while. The only other I’ve heard was that the ending itself hadn’t changed, and the only details I’ve heard was that 1. It’ll have the final war happen before The One Piece is found (honestly, it could go either way though I think the play will be the last bits of lore being explained and answered tied alongside Luffy facing Shanks), and 2. It’ll involve a character wearing an eye patch (I imagine this’ll be Joy Boy).

I think Davy D Jones has the eyepatch, a Paradise chapter mentioned that Davy Jones is still alive and cursed somewhere under the sea.

I could see Davy Jones being the Ope Ope Fruit recipient, cursed to be on Laugh Tale which is under water due to the weapon usage. (Fishman Island is called an Island despite being under water

Edit : he might have taken all the eyes from the first 20 that would be where all the eyes on his fire halo are from.

Anyone wanting Shamrock to show up and cost Luffy the win against Emu, murder a couple high profile Straw Hats and perhaps maim Luffy/take back his brother's hat and shit on Luffy to make him think Shanks went traitor? Because that's the only reason I can think of for justify such a gimmicky character.

Only the edgelords who are embarrassed about One Piece and want it to become a story it isn't. They also do not pay attention to the story and get expectations that they shouldn't have. Shanks and Shamrock are different in appearance. Everyone with eyes can tell. At most, Luffy will mistake the two for a gag but it will not last.
