That pretty much lines up with what we saw from her during the Reverie. And if you think about it, Marineford.
 
Kuma is Bonney's dad???? Bruh, I can't believe how tragic Kuma has become as time's gone on. He's still one of the most mysterious of the Seven Warlords, but damn, this is just so dark.

Guess Vegapunk has granddaughters he's trying to immortalize or just likes building robot girls lol. Wrath kinda looks like Astro Boy's sister, Uran, though. Maybe we're in Osamu Tezuka-appreciation mode.

The Farms was down when the last chapter was released, so now I can get around to saying it here that I'm simping hard for Vegapunk: Lilith to become the next Straw Hat right now, like the moment she showed up I was like "'Dere she is!", which I wasn't towards Carrot and Yamato. Given Lucci's ominous words at the end there, the girls are gonna have to go into hiding or into the Straw Hats' protection, and Lilith is hella cute, yo, on top of her being an extension of Vegapunk. And besides, Franky really needs someone to sperg about machines with.

Right now, Kuma is the most fascinating character in the manga. I hope Vegapunk explains why Kuma allowed him to be transformed in this arc because that is one of the few things that interests me about even bothering with the Vegapunk line. I have a feeling anything about devil fruits will be a massive retcon but maybe we'll be lucky and Vegapunk will just say, "Fuck if I know where they come from. They just do." and leave it at that. Maybe the end of the Line will have the answer to that.

Kuma's already been shown to be with the Revolutionary Army at the time Lulucia was yeeted soo...
Also that Seraphim Kuma doesn't look as big as the original; OG Kuma was the same size as Gecko Moria and this one looks about half that height standing.

I am wholley convinced that everyone in One Piece has a Tragic backstory, we just don't get to see them all.

Uh-oh. Bonney has an absentee dad who ties her in with Luffy?

If it turns out she is a princess/royalty/VIP, she'll be taking her place in the Luffy harem.

True. It was not impossible that he had been reacquired but unlikely and that big a change without Vegapunk's involvement even less so.

The reference to this Kuma being a problem child potentially means there's some manner of malfunctions with these models. Perhaps Kuma Angel is just the first to foul up./

Ooh, what if the Seraphim were made by Lilith or the other Vegapunk girls, and they've been so imperfect (somehow, remember that the Vegapunk Shark apparently was malfunctioning or something) that the World Government is real pissed about that that they figure they'll just have the girls destroyed as punishment. They tend to have a "failure is not an option" approach to things.

It's possible but I think the more likely scenario is the World Government just pushed the nuclear button and is moving to eliminate all disruptive elements. And Vegapunk is one of the biggest of those even if they are currently on side.

I suspect the problem with the new Pacifistas will be they're clones, not mindless beings like the other model. This Kuma one has gone rogue first because his issues with the government have come through quicker, possibly because he looks to be modelled off an adult Kuma. If Vegapunk has just unleashed a new generation of genetically perfected killing engines who might end up turning on the government and siding with another faction it could add even more carnage to the finale.
 
I just realized that Bonney being Kuma's daughter would make it easier to guess her actual age.

Maybe, but given he's in his mid-40s, he could've fathered her any time in his adult years tbh. I still think her being a kid when she popped out of the water is more likely to be her true age so that'd make her no older than 12 I'd reckon, she just chooses to look like a 24-year-old despite dressing like a teenager.

Blue Deep lists Kuma's age as 47. This means that Bonney is less than 30. I kinda expect 24 to be her true age for fanservice reasons, though.
