Reed Brunson is a developmentally disabled 17-year-old living the life of a small autistic boy; posting videos to his youtube channel where he acts out little plays with his toys in a creepy falsetto voice.
He pretends his youtube channel is like a real TV channel, his shows produced by the fictional Reed Brunson City Studios.
The first thing you'll notice about Reed, after you get past the fact that you're watching a near enough grown-ass man playing with plush toys, is his peculiar speech patterns. Though to call them patterns is a bit of a stretch, really it's difficult to discern the meaning of much of what he says. He seems to struggle immensely with language and hearing a single cohesive sentence come out of his mouth is a rarity.
WARNING: Attempting to parse what Reed Brunson says into something that makes any sense may result in severe headaches and possible long-term brain damage, proceed with caution.
EPILEPSY WARNING (thankfully only for this video)

A lot of what he says seems to be soundbites of things he's heard other people say, conversations he's had with a psychologist or therapist and little bits of pop culture, all thrown into a blender and regurgitated randomly. It's clear that there's some kind of thought process when he sets out to make a video but it's not at all clear what it was or at what point it went completely off the rails.
The content on his channel varies from his usual babbling stream-of-consciousness videos, to reacting to funny Family Guy clips and various animated movie trailers, to his thoughts on current events (particularly that pesky DRUMPF during and after the election) all expressed, of course, through his cast of toy characters.

Particularly amusing, or perhaps just disturbing, is when he decides to tackle heavy subject matter like the
disappearance and death of a child still in the format of a falsetto voiced discussion between a group of plush toys.

Interestingly enough, and unknown to me until I started writing this:
his father, Ted Brunson, is the ex-host for a restaurant showcase TV show called
Chicago's Best, making him a minor celebrity. Reed is subscribed to Ted's youtube channel and Ted can be seen commenting on at least one of his videos.
This seems to explain Reed's desire to run his pretend TV studio but doesn't seem particularly interesting outside of that.
I'd like to encourage everyone to take a look through his youtube library at your leisure, he has an extensive backlog of videos to be enjoyed and he continues to upload regularly. You can find Reed Brunson on youtube
here and in case of catastrophe I've downloaded all his current videos and I'm currently looking for somewhere to upload that 50GB of footage.
