I want it to be such a catastrophic flop that studios will be hesitant to bankroll that overrated fuck Nolan in the future. At worst, it'll underperform. People will still go to see it because he's like so deep and really grasps the human condition maaaaaaaan, but I like to dream sometimes. Normies fawn all over him and it makes me sick.
I think it will do considerably less well in theatres than the studio would be hoping for. Opening week will be ok but week two will drop off significantly.
IGN will praise it for its Diversity, giving special attention to Ellen Page and "his" performance.
This film will be lucky make $400 million worldwide.
Oppenheimer didn't have a female tranny playing a male character. The Odyssey has 5'1 dainty Ellen Page playing a man. Suspension of disbelief only goes so far.
The amount of bad choices Nolan made is downright shocking. He isn't a low budget trash movie director but this movie is proof that he has the mindset of one.
Nolan has always jerked himself off in his films. The Prestige is about the process of filmmaking. Tenet constantly reenforced the audience to "don't try to understand it; feel it" because he knows trying to understand it isn't going to help. Memento is about the audience's point of view in regards to the plotline or perception of a film, and Leonard is a vessel to show an analogy of this. He's always talking to the audience in his films.
Another sign that the movie is terrible is to read what all the shill articles that are being pushed out hourly on behalf of Hollywood are talking about:
Imax, Imax, Imax, Imax, look the Odysee is shot for Imax!!!!11
