A brief overview of what the Switch needs to be a success (and avoid the WiiU's failures):
- Third party support past the first year of release. Simply releasing ports of popular games won't cut it.
- Decent battery life, more than 3-4 hours at the very minimum.
- Graphics above that of the WiiU, without compromising on frame-rate. If nintendo want to appeal to the mobile games market, they need to show the power of the console over a smartphone.
- Below $300 price tag.
- Enough features to make it not simply make it a portable console. I've heard it has touch screen support, but I'm not sure that'll be enough
