They also fail to mention what pirate sites that distribute the games while smugly mentioning in bold "downloaded a million times". Interesting that it's Nintendo of America and not Japan that is suing.

Keys were how they blocked Dolphin from being on Steam, as they’re a means of circumventing security, and Nintendo has already quietly conceded that making backups of your own games isn’t illegal. Doesn’t make this whole thing any less retarded though.

Dumb fucks. This has already been dismissed. It contradicts the right to create and play backup copies of your games. Even if they win, yuzu will just be forked and continued by Russians.
I am so glad I haven't bought a nintendo product since 2018.

Probably the same way Dolphin got kicked off Steam. Dolphin was a source key straight copied from Nintendo to make cube games run. They didn’t take the thing and reverse make it they took the source key strsight and then like idiots eventually put their emulator on steam.

Nintendo is usually ok with you robbing their shit until you start trying to make money to do so.

If I had to bet something in Yuzu is straight up Nintendos. And there are no questions about thst. And Yuzu did something that might be viewed as trying to make money with their software.

I was gonna post a picture of my 3DS that I made super cute with a custom background but I can’t find it fit some reason. Anyways, in case anyone reading doesn’t know already, a refurbished 3DS or 3DS LL (“XL” in JP) from Japan on eBay is a reasonable cost and relatively simple to jailbreak if they are not done so already, and the sellers are pleasant to deal with.

From what it looks, Nintendo cited their patreon and how it got a bunch of new paypigs when Zelda leaked. Probably not that big of a deal in the long run, but that wont stop Nintendo from drowning them in legal fees.
