Nintendo fanbase is on par with Disney adults IMO. I'm sure the people working at universal super Nintendo are thrilled they're going to have to deal with 30 year old spergs all day.

I seriously cannot wait for the multi-hour video essay format to die. No one needs several hours to tell me that a good game is good or that a shitty anime is le bad or that a bad movie is actually alright. I'm so sick of it.
Not nearly as autistic as the pretentious spergs of the higurashi fandom. The reboot entries were universally regarded as awful and you don’t need redditors shouting down any valid criticisms of that multi hour discordnigger astroturfing bullshit flooding all of the search results.

Yes higurashi is on the switch but its Japan only. Its the better way to experience the whole story and im sick of there being 50 different versions of varying content between every other platform. The switch version has everything including the bonus arcs, its just not officially translated. Same with Umineko, which is worse in my opinion.

The witches in it do use magic, but they are just the anime equivalent to a discordnigger VC that goes on for hours about nothing. So it makes sense why so many discord trannies flocked to it like flies to shit.

Those same 30 year old spergs that will see the New Super Mario Bros. Movie will be in the same vein as the Minions fans who wore suits trying to be sigma males. Mark my words.

Richard kuta tweeted about how excited he is for Super Nintendo world, parents lock up your children.

Wasn't Donkey Kong 64 $70 dollars back in the day?
Probably, but it also shipped with the expansion pack included AND was a cart game, probably with special chips. Some RPGs and other spec-pushers actually released at 80 dollars back in the day. It was only in the PS2 era that game prices got standardized at 50 dollars (and then increased to 60 in the 360 gen.)

(Just don't buy it, dumbass)
Nintendo should just cut the crap and call it a cool hundo for their biggest titles, because that $99.99 price point still looks like two figures to idiots. and we all know the consoomers will whine and cry and throw a fit, but still be first in line to pick two up on launch day. Two, so they can have a sealed copy alongside one to play.

I can distinctly remember Squaresoft games being $80. That was also a time when $40 was considered a budget release.

How is this Nintendo fanbase stupidity? Pretty much everyone agrees games (especially Nintendos dated titles) should not be 70 fuckin bucks. Hard disagree. Paying for broken and buggy bullshit or dated graphics and mechanics (in Nintendos case especially) is stupid. Games are mostly reskins these days all on the same unreal engine mess, they absolutely should not be 70 dollars.

I hate Nintendo fanboys probably the most out of any fanbase out there, but ill have to concur with them ( if most of them even believe that) that Nintendos dated titles don't need to be 70 bucks lol. The only people happy to pay 70 bucks for a breath of the wild reskin are probably Nintendo fanboys themselves.

Buying anything for switch is retarded.

You can play anything on yuzu at 144 fps and increased resolution, mods and cheats and all the good shit. 70 bucks for an inferior experience, only on consoles, the land of retards.

The reason why it's here is because most of the people (Especially YouTubers like the guy who thinks he's a sesame street character over here) who are bitching about will be the same ones who will buy it day one.

And again, if it's so much of an issue, then you don't have to buy it and don't need to pirate it if it doesn't interest you, which is something that has been forgotten for a long time now.

I'm just saying because Arlo says this is the first time ever Nintendo has done this.

Thing is, like a few posts have mentioned, these guys are going to be the main ones buying this shit despite (rightfully) calling out Nintendo for their shoddy business practices.

The muppet reject will eat his words once he starts playing that new Pikmin game.

Yeah they're probably going to buy it (myself included if it's not what it looks like, which is a complete Breath of the Wild reskin with some things added) doesn't mean we have to bootlick Nintendo for charging upwards of 80 dollars with tax for a game running on an extremely dated and slow engine. They're charging the price because Microsoft and Sony are doing it, not because the development is more expensive or some other nonsense.

I still don't think this is Nintendo fan base stuff. Most Nintendo fanboys are glad to lick miyamotos balls and pay Nintendo 70 dollars for games, they rarely complain about price because they agree with anything Nintendo does without question like the man child boot lickers they are.

Banjo Kazooie, even now in retro game stores, is a little below $100, I think last I checked, the price for it even back then was $75, but I could be wrong.

a lot of N64 games were pretty pricey, especially if they were hot ticket sellers (usually anything made by Rare). I didn't become a hardcore gamer until they started bundling Sonic 1 with the Sega Genesis, but back then, genesis games were fairly reasonable to where my parents were able to get me two more games for it the same day (Lemmings and TJ&E). Otherwise I'm the kind of person that would get consoles/games the moment they become irrelevent (e.g. got a Sega Saturn for $50, and two games that were an additional $50 around the time stores were trying to get rid of the thing because PS1/N64 were the better sellers)
