More DLC leak. Seem like all the DLC is already part of the game. My theory is that these 4 characters were supposed to be in the base game but got turn into dlc instead. The whole development for this game seem like a giant shitshow.
It seems like the dev team just doesn't know what the fuck to do anymore. So far, Toph here looks weird as sin and I feel like they need to learn more about how to actually commit to doing a crossover fighting game

Short time and budget mixed with competitive autism and a need for updoots really did this game in.
They really suck at the crossover aspect. The roster lacks many of the characters you would want in such a game due to the need for memes and diversity. I ended up just re-doing my previous roster, and the honest truth is that they could have easily made a full roster even with the slots they had.
If they did it like this then each decade of Nick would get at least one franchise with two characters (Not including SpongeBob or TMNT): 90s has Rugrats, 2000s has Avatar and 2010s has Loud House. Sure, it'd be a substitution heavy roster, but at least the substitutes would make sense and work to clean up the last game's roster rather than make it worse.

- PTM and Reptar for Tommy and Angelica
- Hugh for Jimmy
- Lucy for Luna
- Toph for Zuko
- Helga for Arnold
- Garfield for El Tigre
Then the 4 DLC can fill out by adding the main villain of SpongeBob, and three characters from new IP that each represent a different era with Beavers for 90s, Otis for 00s and F&CC for 2010s.
This is typical licensed shovelware depending the dev studio

Story mode and DLC have official materials released now.
The campaign looks to be just spirits mode. Sad to see Shredder reduced to a boss after being in the previous game. Also, GIR sounds horrendous, what happened to his voice?

That's something I've noticed in the Enter the Florpus movie four years ago, and he sounds much worse here.

The first got a 7, and this one improved gameplay and added a Spirits mode, so no surprise.
Personally, I am holding off a bit. The roster is a big sticking point that I think will get this game as I don’t see it outperforming the first in sales. It also sounds like it is already dead, recently saw a Reddit post saying they couldn’t find anyone online. Sounds like online issues are big in general.
I can't wait til people have a tism meltdown over IGN's metric score before they end up turning around praising them for giving Nintendo games good scores

At this rate, Idiocracy feels less like a mid-2000s narrative dystopian satirical comedy from Mike Judge and more like a tragic documentary about the horrors and warning signs of what a dystopian future that would involve around retardation and politics would look like

The game only has one alt per character. After story mode, you get two more with one being an all purple skin and another just being the base model with a purple fart aura around the character.
