Must be a PC benefit. Enabling it on Brave browser on Android causes loading issues whenever I open a thread. For anyone on Brave who is still having layout issues, go into brave://flags/ and enable "Experimental Web Platform features", it fixed everything for me. Turns out there was a ton of javascript errors in the console, some of them mentioned "popover" events and that I needed to enable that flag.
I've actually had it happen even in the same session after disabling it. I feel like I'm disabling it often and having to pause and restart videos because I've missed the first few seconds. Is the setting for disabling subtitles stored as a cookie? I noticed every time I open kf in a private window it goes back to having the subtitles turned on.
