Sean Millikan got to 1003lbs. He yo-yoed back and forth for years until he died after gaining almost 300lbs in 6 weeks.
Sean was babied by an overbearing mom after dad split when he was a kid. After his mother died, he spiraled down. His goals? To be placed in a long term care facility! He simply could not manage alone. He ate his way through thousands of dollars in inheritance when mom died. She really did enable him to the point of destroying him.

Yeah this week was weird. Boring actually although I liked the carnies. The girlfriend? I'm betting Paul is t her only "boyfriend" as she lives 90 minutes away and he can't drive.
I guess you can't have car-shitting and the police called every week.

For ever boring episode there is the rare very interesting one. Lacey has been one of the most interesting in 2 seasons.

I know I'm a week behind, but I still can't get over Lacey's response when Sharon asked point blank, "Why did you miss your first appointment in June?"

7 seconds of complete brain-buffering silence. Then:

"We missed the first appointment in June because ... we ... um ...couldn't get ... couldn't get, um ... y'know, like ... couldn't get there ... I think it was because we couldn't get there on a ... get financial for the plane tickets or something? Idunremember."

(Yes I fucking paused the DVR like a sperg to get that quote verbatim.)

I think Sean was a bit of a sped. Although being treated like a giant baby by mommy all his life was likely the real culprit. Also, I noticed that he had titty anime DVDs laying around. I can't remember the name. But it's a martial arts anime where the female characters have gigantic tits and the main guy can't have his waifu unless he surpasses her father's strength.

Well we can't have trash TV every week. I'm not sure if anything this season will top Lacey B.

Yeah I think the relationship is going nowhere. But I felt like Paul's friend JJ had feelings for him. She seemed to be the only one who was concerned that he could die. Mom just kept feeding him.

They aired a WATN episode on Sean today and it's definitely a combo of an enabling mom and some exceptional stuff with himself.
He is not quite all there throughout his episodes and died during filming.

This is Assanti in 2021 apparently. Not only is he still lolfat but his addiction has reached critical mass and like most pillheads he has one tooth remaining. He looks a bit like a much fatter Nick Bate.

Here's another article circa November, and he's looking a bit better (aside from the hair):

Ryan was a complete waste of two hours. No weigh-in, nothing. Just another DF lathering up in the living room with towelettes, and making excuses for overeating.
We need another literal shit show like Lacey.

It's fascinating how Ryan is making this all up in his mind, a whole journey of accomplishments, while nothing really changes. To him, he's not slowing down while he's only laying down.

He's made a lot of progress while the scale still malfunctions, indicating he's still north of 660 lbs and might haven't lost an ounce. He's always on the way to his next goal and it's not fair Mom disapproves of his cheatdays.

He conveniently didn't inform Mom on all the things he should have done and things to avoid, only not to snack and eat chicken and veggies. He also thinks that because Dr. Now wants him to move to Houston, he's accomplished anything.

He did nothing but complain, work around the tasks he was given and when there wasn't any snow keeping him from going outside, it was still too cold and he had to stay safely inside on his bedchair. No way he could exercise inside of course.

He even started doing the laundry and doing upper body exercises sitting down. He missed his appointments. Imagine just ghosting Dr. Now and lying to this kind soul! He seemed to be packing and had it all figured out, even without his mom and her boyfriend. All a big show.

Ryan is the king of excuses. WHAT welder can't find work right now, at incredible wages.
WHAT telemarketing gig fires fat people? They just sit at a desk all day, how taxing is that? He just makes crazy excuses all the time.
He mentioned being too big and weak to shower SO odds are he DID get canned from the desk job because of poor hygiene if you think on it.
