There's the usual "OMG I heard she ded RIP sweet angle" horseshit that occasionally shows up on BoomerBook, but there are no actual sources or confirmation of death. So, it's most likely the fat cunt is still alive and being a waste of space and oxygen.

Pauline was basically dragged to her current weight kicking and screaming by Dr Now and it was honestly a little surprising she actually managed to do it. Glad she kept the weight off until the end. Her end was very tragic, but on the other hand it is oddly bittersweet for one of these patients to die from something more normal. Tragic and devastating of course, and her last few months seemed terrible, but at least she's at peace now and continued the good work.

I remember seeing a documentary about her years ago (before she was on the TLC show). It was a British documentary where a fat British woman was flown out to visit her to not be encouraged to become like Pauline. The documentary was pathetic, but it did inspire the British woman to change her life.
 
My Troon-dar needs recalibrating because I was completely convinced that Lee was a secret pooner. Fascinating things happen when people exceed the size of standard refrigerators!

My personal favorite moment from Lee was in his follow-up episode where he is arguing with Dr. Now via a tablet and you just see him immediately decide to throw it and storm out in a fit of rage.
 
On another note and because she was never featured in a Where are they now?:

Our lovely SSBW Vanilla Hippo aka Samantha Mason from season 9, first episode, doesn't seem to be a hippo anymore. Yeah,the one who shamelessly used her enormous gunt as a table and was an overall whiney bitch about everything and IIRC only got surgery from a local doc because she kept gaining and gaining, despite being in the hospital right when the Choof kicked in. I remember being pretty irritated about her because she hardly lost anything on her own, if at all.

Here's a fairly recent screenshot from one of her TikToks, looks like the hippo has collar and shoulder bones now and seems to be residing in a nursing home. Couldn't figure out why and if it's permanent because I can't stand her talking for longer than 20 seconds. For anyone brave enough, here is her current TikTok, but the hippo still seems a little sensitive since comments are disabled despite shilling her OF in her TikTok bio. I didn't have the eyebleach at hand to check that.

ETA: First time adding a picture and thumbnailing it as a mobile fag, hope I did it right.
 
She gets celluitis that gets infected leads to sepsis and then she needs to be healed in a nursing home. Looks like it happens to her at least once a year. Once you hit those weights they do you don't recover from it even losing weight.

Thanks for taking one for the team + archiving!

I admit, I'm morbidly curious about how her body looks like now. Even at her starting weight on the show, her face was no giveaway for how the rest of her body looked like. You could tell she was big but not  how big. According to this article she lost over 650 pounds. I'm surprised she was able to, considering she managed to gain up to 1000 pounds while being on the show and mostly hospitalized before she had her WLS. Good on her though, looks like she was able to work on her mental health too. I'm not overly surprised she's bitching about the show now, considering she's always had a bit of a nasty streak. Hippo dear, it was season NINE, you knew what you were getting yourself into!
