Nothing's changed about Chris wanting attention. He just wants someone to come up to him and call him Jesus and give him asspats.

I wonder if he's even allowed his own personal Switch given it has access to the internet? Technically it doesn't have a browser app (as far as I know) or any access beyond gaming, but it still connects to the internet. Maybe it's not that big of a deal.

I checked. There is a bus service called GRTC that covers the areas Chris has been sighted in. Since the pandemic, they have been zero fare, so Chris could ride for free. From their website:
GRTC Transit System services the City of Richmond, Henrico County, parts of Chesterfield County, and provides express service to Petersburg!

Flip phones still exist. Some affordable options I found include the Jitterbug Flip2, Consumer Cellular Link II, and Alcatel Go Flip 4.

The only logical reason for him to not have been on the internet for all of this time is that he is either a.) court ordered, i.e. bond condition to not use the internet, or b.) tard-wrangled into not using the webs... other than that there is absolutely zero expectation that he would have any modicum of self-control.
 
I feel so safe knowing that a motherfucker is on the loose without a tard waggler. I'm going to hope these are AI until better proof.

I'm surprised in the places he's been at that no one took a photo with him and posted it on Reddit. I want to say Chris denied it because he didn't want any attention to himself, or if it was court ordered that Chris stay away from anything that has to do with smartphones/the internet. We all know how this guy feels about taking orders from others. I'm assuming that maybe Chris was scared straight, and the thought of going back to jail worried him, but he got used to it, so I'm not sure what to think of Chris's current situation.

I also propose C) he has limited internet access, so he's able to access emails or something but what he can visit is strictly controlled and he does not have any access to social media such as Facebook, Twitter, or even youtube comments.

I guess depending on where you live. I've used it to get to work for a couple of years and it was a pretty simple grid system. I mean, what the fuck else are you going to do if you're Chris and you have no access to a car? I'm just suggesting a bus to people who are somehow mystified that Chris is going places without a car.
 
Honestly at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a dress up like Chris Chan and walk around Richmond day.

Ok so we spotted Chris around the same time for the last few days and only 1 time was he seen getting into the black bus
So that tells us he is able to leave there a different means

My guess is the city bus.
After all the bus has pick up times and drop off times every single day.

It's just a theory and I don't know if there's anywhere to look up the bus times online (trim a hick town we don't have buses)

If there is to look up the bus schedule online I think that could give us a overview of times when it's possible to spot Chris.

Count the days until someone sees him and yells, "You fucked your own mother, you sick fuck!" He won't react well to that even if he is heavily medicated.
