Are vegans not aware of how hypocritical they sound every time they open their fat uneducated mouths? Again, vegans don't seem to bat an eye at a predator in the wild doing his thing, but the moment someone cooks animal meat for consumption or a hunter tracks and kills his dinner for the night, they whine about supposed animal cruelty/holocausts/murderers. Also, I'm sorry, but what the fuck does a vegan's warped views on "animal rights" have to do with black history month?
 
I can kinda understand not wanting to eat animals. The pig and cow used in the picture in the opening post look cute.

At the end of the day though, lots of people eat meat. You can't forcibly change that.

And I also agree about forcing your pets to eat your vegan diet. You may think you're doing the right thing, but you're just killing your pet doing that.

Strangely enough, I didn't think of the "get a rabbit or guinea pig" thing if you're so adamant to having everyone in your family be vegan. It makes a lot of sense though.

I dunno, my long hair and magnificent beard are very manelike.
 
Now, despite all these caps, I do have a great deal of respect for vegans. The meat industry is absolutely awful and I try my best to get my meat as locally and sustainably as possible. This respect is lost, though, as soon as they start to spiral down into propaganda. I've received death threats for expressing interest in hunting, despite the fact that it's an extremely humane way to get meat. I've been called a monster for posting educational photos of how to butcher a chicken to be fed to a dog/cat. I'm gonna pull the "not all vegans" card here, and I really suggest to @Cosmos that this thread be named "radical vegans" or "militant vegans" to avoid generalizing a group of people.
There are educated vegans out there. There are vegans who respect other's choices.

I wanted to make a thread for vegans myself, but I was afraid of this exact thing happening-- "all vegans are fat/stupid/unhealthy/uneducated/lolcows." Which isn't true, and you guys are making yourself look stupid. Stop whining about things and focus on actual discussion of the topic at hand. I've provided more than enough material for a decent thread.

That's fucked up and stupid at the same time. The image of animal tests being conducted by Josef Mengele-type doctors is totally incorrect too. Hell, most of the time the lab personnel will be very careful with their animals, simply because pain and fear will render their tests useless. And yes, they are killed afterwards, but keeping them alive with a family would have them suffer more. And hey, if we can help a kid dying from an unknown disease, who is in more pain than the test animal would ever be, is it not worth it?

Tbh I actually wanted to do that but I shoehorned "Tumblr" into the title because I really wanted this topic to be in the Ballpit; now that this thread's gotten off the ground, though, I think it's earned its spot here.

The new title of this thread is "Militant Vegans: MEAT IS MURDER, YOU BLOODMOUTHS"
 
Really if my time here has taught me anything the true essence to being a lolcow is single mindedness and obsession when we're lucky it manifests like Chris where they just hurt themselves but sadly it's getting more and more common that this single mindedness is causing authoritarian personalities and sycophants to not be pleased with themselves adhering to their obsession but everyone else needs to follow it. These obsession can be anything from Sanic to concepts and values we helped these people champion into something twisted like what SJWs did to eqaulity or what these people are doing healthy eating and alternative diets.

Being vegan isn't going to make anyone a lolcow but if you need to constantly chastise other's for their choices you may want to start deleting anything lulzy.
 
There was this show called "The Goode Family" and they made their dog Che be on a vegan diet and as a result it snuck out to eat other animals.

 
Ahh, militant vegans - for every animal they don't eat, I end up eating twice, if not 5 times as many a day, some without even knowing it. And their Tumblrfucks, too - that makes it even more sad, TBH... And me more happy to keep a balanced diet, to be even more honest.
 
I wonder how a vegan would react if you politely told him/her that plants are living beings as much as animals are and that they are actively murdering the plant population every time they eat anything that came from plants? ;)
