Wonder what the over/under is on it being somebody in Jersh's area who was tipped off by Dong Gone, Elaine, or similar to go to the cops on their behalf. "Hey there's this super mega evil Hitler racist guy who hates hashtag trans rights in your neighborhood! Call the cops!". Only LEOs can petition the court for an ERPO in Florida, meaning the cops themselves went straight to a court to do it (as opposed to a Concerned Citizen doing it).

I can't imagine Josh is a hot button item for Florida cops; somebody went to them with some kind of info, and they got that info from Erriot or similar. At least that's what I think.

I'm fairly astonished that @Null would give enough "material" for a judge to greenlight a redflag. I'm assuming that this was done with the pretense of concern for suicide, as his stream a few weeks ago had the "I'm not okay" intro. That could be enough.

I'm furious. It's genuinely shocking and even Josh with his lawyers on hand are going to have to trudge through a lot of horse shit. But more then that...

If I were a clever enemy, now would be the time.

I would advise him to not freak out, but to exercise great caution and execute a preplanned/carefully planned low signature relocation for just a bit.

Winchester Super Suppressed has been great for me. I've also got a bunch of the CCI subsonic with segmented hollow point bullets, because my wife has chickens in our backyard and we occasionally get critters that like to kill and eat chickens like mink, skunk, and raccoons. Don't want to upset the neighbors if a mink gets into the coop.

Would you happen to know how loud/reliable 45GR Winchester Super Suppressed is? I haven't seen much information or reviews about it but it's some of the cheapest subsonic rounds I can get my hands on locally for 10 cents a round (ouch).

I have a cold chill down my spine, thinking that this might be all an elaborate ruse for trannys to dox Null.

Someone who’s not even in the state or country tells the FBI or whoever to take null‘s guns away for made up reasons. Police complied due to red flag laws, but obviously in like two weeks when no victim shows up Null will be given back his guns. In the meantime, tranny‘s FOIA request any and all gun confiscations during this time.

I hope I’m wrong or this isn’t how it works.

The cops must present a case to the judge based on statements of fact. Which means there will be a record. Which hypothetically means liability of there isn't "reasonableness" to the claim.

I would be more worried about an onslaught of pizzas delivered, drive by vandalism/harassment, stalking and such then a direct attempt on his life. Not that I think it's off the table or anything, but not being there at all to feed into angry troons revenge fantasies is probably all that's warranted. He's not made of money, he's mentioned that before.
