Megaman general thread. Ok.
The music has always blew my mind, and still think is
MM's consistent strongest asset along with gameplay.
The whole Reploid concept is fascinating, and the old games
still resonate with unadultered shonen appeal. Not a fan of all the lore,
but definitely a fan of the speculations and ideas it helped create.
Since I found about Capcom accepting Robot Master ideas from fans,
I wanted to do character design for a living, and still do.
Here, have one to make your own OC:
Decades later I found out that One-Punch Man's artist
Yusuke Murata
got two designs in the Cap (Dust Man in MM4 and Crystal Man in MM5).
That only strengthened my attachment to the franchise,
which I stopped following and playing long, long ago.
Last related thing was getting MMX Legacy Collection on Steam and 100% it.
The idea of making a Reploid world with AD&D systems still taunts me.
20XX implies infinite imagination. That will always be a good thing,
and one solid bridge to help individuals connect across generations.
