I'm sure the Megaman community would be much happier destroying robots that look like human minorities instead of animals.

You know, Dr. Wily does come off like an immigrant from Germany now that I think about it.Oh no, Crimeman, Pooman, Illegalman, Antifaman, Pedoman,Transman, Gayman, and Fatwomen are attacking! Lead by the mysterious Dr. Tinyhat!

And he sounded more like a combination of Zoidberg and Klaushe had a goofy german accent in the ruby-spears cartoon.
i remember reading that he was based on albert einstein, but i think the only source i could give to that is maybe the wiki, which is not exactly the most trustworthy resource. thomas light = thomas edison, albert wily = albert einstein. makes sense but i got no proof that's what AK intended at any point. And he sounded more like a combination of Zoidberg and Klaus

they did call him Dr. Hikari in the battle networks, though. Tadashi Hikari. If Light were actually Light in Japan that would make sense, but they intended Right given that his symbol is an R.
1) Do you trust modern day Capcom to remake anything?Annoying question: is there a reason why Capcom just won't fucking remake Mega Man 2 already?
Call me when they get up to 6 because of the original NES games that was the most interesting one. That one finally started experimenting with the gameplay beyond just adding the slide and the megabuster.
They were going to. Problem was the PSP remakes of MM1 and MMX bombed.Annoying question: is there a reason why Capcom just won't fucking remake Mega Man 2 already?
Which is hilarious because the PSP bombed in general but I guess they were really hunting for that Japanese audience but Western audiences are what made MM as big as it was. When Capcom hits a rut, they'll pump out another game. In the meantime I'm just happy they don't take down fan content that much. They were going to. Problem was the PSP remakes of MM1 and MMX bombed.
