What this might be about is the modding server is worried that some of their productive members would be outed as producing lolishit.

I didn't even know all this shit was going on. I used to watch his vids a lot. The thread about all his pedo/grooming/general asshattery is VERY long, lots of screenshots. Somehow none of them surprise me since it's basically guaranteed a youtuber will have inappropriate interactions with their viewers these days.

A bunch of the Revo stuff has been known and talked about for years, but it only exploded out all at once for some reason.

A part of it is that the guy is a right-wing Hispanic-looking greaseball straight outta /pol/, including his lolicon proclivities, so I think a lot of the reason he's become an easy target is that people are politically riled up due to it being a US election year. A bunch of people are obviously just mad at his politics.

This kinda reminds me how I'm always suspicious of anyone that goes after official megaman concept art stuff framing it as sexualized or creepy. Ran into some dude a few months ago/last year-ish that threw a fucking fit over Megaman 8's roll concept art. I can't find the specific concept art piece in image search but it's one of those special features included as an extra thing you can look at in one of the compilation/rereleases of the older games. Kinda pisses me off when I try looking up the concept art for some megaman characters in image searches it brings up style guide reference sheet type art instead of the more early/rough sketch ones. The reason the guy was throwing a fit was due to the character's stylized proportions he thought the dress was like just under crotch level which then equals "MEGAMAN PEDOPHILIA CONTENT DO NOT SHARE DO NOT POST DELETE THIS REMOVE THIS! OR YOU SUPPORT CHUD PEDOPHLES!"

Yeah, it's not like this is a series where characters are famous for having small torsos and massive legs and hands with guns or anything! Don't know if the guy I watched have that meltdown later got outed as a groomer or not but I wouldn't be surprised given by the track record of people who go after shit for weird reasons that actively fucking ignore obvious reasons for why shit's the way it is.

I don't know what chuds have to do with it, but yes the fandom is ridiculously trooned out and left-wing. I don't know what the image is, but to be fair the guy who did a bunch of the Mega Man 8 art, Hideki Ishikawa, is in fact a lolicon nut with a focus on Roll.

So in that particular case the suspicion is at minimum understandable.

it is unfortunately not impossible. the character designer for mega man legends drew porn of tron and roll, if i recall correctly.

sniped by x prime; yeah ishikawa is also the main artist for that era in general.

The image was just a kinda rough sketch of roll with kinda janky proportions, like larger arms and smaller torso than the stock art. I'm stating this on memory because I can't find it and I don't feel like scouring yt uploads of the special features of the megaman collections menus. I don't remember if the person actually said chud or not either but it was basically That kinda flavor of response to someone sending screengrabs of what they were looking at and found cool while looking through the concept art gallery.

That tends to happen with capcom art guys for some reason. The thing I was pointing out here though was the art being attacked here was extremely fucking tame basic shit and it wasn't the artist but the art itself being framed as bad. It was literally just an incomplete drawing of a character standing there doing fucking nothing.
 
Oh yeah that's definitely the person overreacting, but at the same time in the MM fandom that kind of psychosis is understandable because a good chunk of the official artists and the fandom really are that into that, as the Revo situation shows.

For example, there's this current fan project called Mega Man Shattered Diamond which is adding Roll as a playable character. Supposedly some of the poses used for her in the art of her trailer are close approximations of lolicon content.

If that's true I have no idea, but that's the level of trying-to-sneak-stuff-in we are talking here.

What happened with this retarded discordnigger drama? Discord servers are largely nothing but ban happy shitholes anyway so its no surprise whenever they publicly eat their own. Nothing of any real value ever happens in this community as any original line of thought that isn't fedposting, coomposting, or outright plagiarizing older official designs is unspokenly banned.

I can explain the first screenshot. It's more retarded Discord drama.

You know that ShadowRockX guy mentioned in the first screenshot? What's going on there is that he was dumb enough to put his MM YouTube stuff into his LinkedIn, and years ago Revo's abused-and-now-trooned-out ex found it.

So now, years later, the guy is going on a jihad against doxing on the basis that he's psychotically afraid for his extended family members being gone after by anti-Revo people, to the point where he is getting such people banned from multiple Discords by lying that they're guilty of doxing, with the thing mentioned on the previous page being an example.

I only just now heard about this ReploidRevo stuff. Sort of a shame, it was some decent autism, but it looks like it was all archived at least. This leftist fanbase thing is really a surprise to me. In my personal experience, every single Mega Man fan is just a Hispanic waifu guy which is not a demographic that I imagined being very left leaning. Just a bunch of Dragon Ball Z fans who commission loli porn with their infinite pool off commission money.
