Objectively the stupidest excuse for them to not be a staple comic couple I've ever seen: this bitch's autism about masks n shit. And people call this the golden age? My ass.
It's not the mask. It's that she found Peter Parker horribly boring and hated that Spider-Man was ultimately a regular guy. She wanted him to be exciting adventurer 24/7.

It's what their characters are. The Black Cat is a criminal / adventurer who wants to live a life of excitement and luxury. Peter's a nerd whose idea of a fun day is reading science journals.

Tragic. Anyways, they're not even my main ship, I'm more dedicated to Wolverine + Rogue, ever since I rewatched the first X-Men movie and caught on to a few scenes I deemed far too romantic/erotic to be coincidental. I know the writers wanted to force the Jean/Scott/Logan triangle from the comics, but I couldn't help but feel that he and Rogue shared a bond that went deeper than just guardian and student. That, along with my discovery of this ancient as fuck website, various fanfictions and fanarts on tumblr and deviantart alike, brings me to where I am today.

Things aren't much different in Ultimate either.

I prefer the take in Insomaniac's Spider-Man (not the sequel) about Felicia btw.
  • Same age range.
  • Peter had an relationship with her.
  • He's a moron to believe in her.
  • Even he doesn't know if he's father.
The other takes are either Felicia is much older than Peter and she isn't a pedo (which is okay) or neither of those.

Been following the Indian and Pakistani online shitposting war for a week.

And seen no mention of Kamala Khan.

And I am guessing it was a jew that created her?

Not to come off as autistic (I say as I post on the Kiwi Farms), a woman, or a fag, but does anyone else here enjoy shipping like I do? My personal favorites are:
Wolverine x Rogue (X-Men movieverse)
the aforementioned Cap x Black Widow
Spider-Man x Black Cat
I fully accept and embrace all accusations of 'tism.
Boy do I have a treat for you.

Matt and Elektra have largely the same sort of relationship as Peter and Felicia, wherein Elektra constantly tries to get Matt to give up on his civilian life and become some sort of globe trotting adventurer / mercenary with her. Matt is often tempted by the idea but Peter always rejects it outright, his and Felicia's relationship going more of the "I can fix her" route before realizing that, no, he can't.

Or at least that was true for the Elektra of old, the stoic sociopathic assassin one. Nowadays she seems to be some sort of quippy girlboss heroine.

But as a serious question, would the audience want to see that? I don't think they would. The post-snap scenes of Endgame, the survivor groups, the maudlin scenes of the surviving Avengers doing what they can... Big time depressing and honestly a little dull. It could have been very interesting, I don't dispute that. But I don't think there was a big market for it. I could be wrong.
I mean.. There are many shows with depressing premises, like the Walking Dead being about he world having been taken over by Zombies, or the video the Last of Us.

Plus, while they can have the Avengers go through a depressing time, that wouldn't mean that the plots or stories of the shows or movies they could have made set between Infinity War and Endgame would have been depressing.

They could have introduced new comic book villains or heroes during the between era of the two snaps.
They could have adopted certain storylines from the comics and have them fit into the era between Infinity War and Endgame.
