People defending it is how I learned about it, too. The usual "ACKCHYUALLY there's alternate reality versions of SS where he's female, so it's accurate!" dumb shit. Which is such a retarded argument because the Marvel Universe at this point is around 60 years old, there's enough weird, retarded stories and alternate realities that pretty much anything could be accurate with that line of thinking. Wanna make a movie about Aunt May being a Herald of Galactus? There's a story for that. Peter Parker as a pajeet? There's a story for that, too.

In other news, there are on-set photos of Jon Bernthal as the Punisher in the new Daredevil show. He has the skull symbol on... but so do some SWAT guys, so it looks like they're going with that retarded storyline after all.

I'm expecting all of them to lose money, but I predict Nigger America 4 will be the biggest bomb. They have already re-shot most of the film because of how awful people found the initial test screenings, which means that Disney has already spent twice the amount of money on it they would normally.

I doubt it. It's the main reason why these movies have such massive 200 million dollar budgets but have shitty special effects. They redo scenes so close to release that the cgi artist don't have any time to polish shit.

I've seen people speculate that they'll do that. Make Silver Surfer look like his comic counterpart but in the film have him be some they/them unisex blob with Julia Garner's voice, and then use the whole "well, artists draw SS like a Ken Doll, so technically he doesn't have a gender!" gotcha retardation.

I don't think you can find a perfect casting for the Silver Surfer than in 2000s Fantastic Four sequel (despite how terrible it was): Doug Jones in the physical role and Laurence Fishburne voicing the character.

Back when they had to use actual film they had to really plan and accept they had only so many takes. Nowadays it's all digital, so fuck it. Who needs tight scripts and planned plots, just film any old shit and patch it together.
