Death to the MCU mashallah
Yeah I'd hate to see what they do with the Guardians of the Galaxy now that Gunn is gone. Vol. 3 was pretty damn good, thankfully, and that was just about the only thing I've remotely cared about seeing in the MCU in years. It definitely served as my jumping-off point for the MCU.

I like Guardians of the Galaxy 3 a lot as well, but I would be surprised if we see much more of them. Most of the cast has indicated they're done with Marvel or have no idea if they're going to be asked back for more movies. I think Marvel is going to worry about making Fantastic Four and X Men movies in order to revive the interest in their films.

Aye. The only chance I see of them returning, or more specifically, particular members of the group (most likely Rocket, Groot, Phyla, Cosmo and/or Adam Warlock) is when/if that Nova series comes out, because Rocket is Sam Alexander/Nova jr.'s mentor in the comics. The 2013 Nova run was pretty solid so if they model the series on that, it would be pretty great (especially since Beta Ray Bill becomes another mentor of sorts) but I'm not holding my breath. Zoe Saldana and Dave Bautista have said they're done with the Guardians but Bradley Cooper has said he's open to playing Rocket again (with the right script) and Vin Diesel with Groot, and Karen Gillan is still open to playing Nebula.
Pratt coming back as Star-Lord is almost a given, if the post-credits scene is anything to go by.

Edit: I loved Gunn's attention to detail by having the VFX studio age Rocket in vol. 3, in accordance with the 12-14 year in-setting time gap between the third and first films. Little guy's fur is going white and scraggly all over his face and he moves around like a 45 year old with sore knees and shoulders. He just looked tired (at least during the times he wasn't comatose).

At this point, most that are still following the MCU are those who want to see that shit.

Talos has been married to a (skrull) woman since his very introduction! He has children!

Sure they can say he's bi or that Skrull sexuality is different because they're aliebs (though in that case, not really queer, is it?), but his wife just died, what did you want, him to have been cheating on his wife with Fury all these years?

Beyond that, it's the usual, isn't it? They can't see any male relationship through any other lens than buttfucking. They can't be true friends, like Frodo and Sam, they can't be enemies, like Batman and Joker, they can't be brothers, like the Elrics, the Winchesters, the Spardas, they can't be bound by a mission and duty, like Fury and Talos; no, they all have to shit on each other's dicks.

Fucking degenerates, man.

Bros, is it gay if you jack off after shapeshifting into someone? Because it’s kind of like you’re beating another man’s dick.

Would Sam Jackson even want to play a gay dude? You think he has the balls to do that?

Like in the scene from The Boys season 2 when Homelander was getting it on with his former boss only for her to shapeshift back into that fat shapeshifter dude?

It seems that the stand out success of Phase 4, Dr Strange 2, wasn't quite the success that Disney claimed. Forbes has ascertained, from tax returns Disney had to file, that the estimated production cost of $200m was an actual production cost of $350m though the UK govt, being retards, gave them $54m giving a net cost of $294m. So, assuming a $150m marketing which seems to be Disney's base for this kind of shit, the $955m box office gross (let's assume Disney got half of that at $478m) results in an awe inspiring $34m actual profit from the poster child of Phase 4 success. If the marketing budget was higher, say $175m, it would have made a loss! That Kevin Fiege is such a genius!
