There's no reason to watch it twice. It's a film that at best is "okay". I apparently gave it glowing praise with 6.5/10 because I haven't seen a non-shill critic rate it higher than that.

The heart of the first Black Panther movie was strong father-son relationships (T'Chalia and the deceased king; Killmonger getting revenge for his father killed by T'Chalia's father.) There's not a single father-child, much less father-son, relationship in this movie. All the strong black male characters are dead in storyline (and sadly real life), and M'baku is a comedy figure with no children, who Shuri almost literally told him to shut the fuck up at one point. Black women have been shoving black men out of the family for decades now, and this is that on a microlevel.

Part of the problem is that black women are so scared of marriages and relationships that they choose to have babies with the men that are likely not to be around. 50-55% of black men have no children. Another 30% are married. That leaves 15% of black men that are unmarried with kids. Even giving some overlap for married men with a "side kid", that still leaves 20% of black men making 70-80% of the children. The other 80% of black men are not wanted, a lot of them BECAUSE they are "too nice" or "don't fight all the time", et cetera.

Black women have been taught and see their single mothers get into so many "toxic" relationships that black women literally view a black man that DOESN'T constantly fight with them as not loving them.

Now Tia Mowry is making the rounds talking about how she "GRADUATED" marriage when she divorced her husband last month. Keep in mind, they have kids that are 11 and 4. Between her, Meagan Good getting divorced, and Lori Harvey breaking up with Michael B. Jordan (see Marvel reference, lol), women CELEBRATE leaving good black men to be "strong and independent."
There's are many reason for both black men not wanting to date black women, & black women going for any man except black men. The latter happens more often than the former, & for mostly really good & valid reasons.
I'm kinda surprised Marvel comic hadn't yet cuck Reed Richard even more by making Franklin Richard Namor's son. Wouldn't be surprised if Marvel Studio have Namor skinned Sue and wear her as a meat suit to some big ceremony. Since the Mexicans seemed to love that part of their history.
I sometimes forget that Sue was pretty much a whore on path of being a borderline Roastie for a while who's been with both T'Challa & Namor, while cucking Reed.

I still, to this day, can't tell what is the reasoning behind either this or the T'Challa pairing with her. Did someone got brainwashed by watching too much Sex & The City, or too much Blacked porn at the time?

I got no clue as I was more of a X-Men reader and much more familiar with Cyclops being a deadbeat cheating prick. And the early failed recon to make him look less terrible.

Really glad I spent three hours watching a movie where the resolution after the big war was almost exactly what the fucking guy wanted in the first place. Except it's a W now that the lady is offering it...

I'm more surprised they still are doing this tired storyline. It's been a thing since forever and I'm pretty sure back then it was basically because comic storytelling was aping off soap opera writing.

Where the fuck was Namor and the Atlanteans during the snap?

Wait what? They're still going on with this pairing? It thought this shit ended with Ultimates once & for all, with Sue & Reed actually being a healthy power-couple since. What in the fuck? Now I'm happy I procrastinated on the 2 Fantastic Four comics I wanted to read.

I don't know about during, but afterwards they mentioned there were underwater earthquakes (in Endgame IIRC).

Today I saw someone on social media comment that Wakanda should have already had a new leader and T'Challas death should not have been as much of a cultural thing to them because he had already died five years previously.

Is absolutely nothing from Infinity War or Endgame referenced or mentioned at all in this film?

Well, this retard is back again responding to Quentin Tarantino's comments on how shit Hollywood is today.
Tarantino literally has pretty diverse casts in his movies so I don't get the racebait comment this idiot is trying to go for. I find it funny that his ego was bruised because Tarantino said people watch Marvel movies for the characters and not the actor, which is proven because no one watched Shang-Chi because of Simu Liu.

Then again Marvel fans and some of the people involved act like Marvel movies are these little films going against evil gatekeepers like Scorsese and Tarantino, who've done more for film as a medium.

As much as I enjoy talking shit about Marvel, Tarantino is wrong here. The MCU managed to become as big because it started with pretty good actors making the comic book characters more relatable and fun, including niche ones that audiences didn't know existed.
Now modern characters are there purely out of memories to whatever character they are derived from, but I doubt Tarantino is willing to commit suicide yet.

There is truth to this. RDJ was just off the wagon of playing the most brilliant dude dressed as a dude disguised as another dude in Tropic Thunder.

But these actors, Simu Liu, Tatiana Maslany, Letitia Wright would be a bunch of literally who’s without their Marvel characters.

Simu Liu might unironically be a worse faggot than Mark Ruffalo.
Mark Ruffalo is like Rosie O'Donnell where his politics are super annoying and uninformed. Simu Liu is more baffling as he's intent on self-sabotaging himself with identity politics, which does not work with Chinese people. They're neck and neck IMO.

I don't think the MCU would have gotten to where it is today without talented and already famous actors stepping into the roles initially. RDJ, Chris Evans, and Chris Hemsworth helped bring those characters to life, and they're basically synonymous at this point. But that's clearly not the case with a lot of the newer characters, where I can barely remember the character's name and definitely don't know the actor playing them. As they keep scraping the bottom of the barrel for whatever D-list character they haven't put on film yet and keep burning through recognizable actors in one-off roles, this problem will only get worse.

That's another problem they keep having, where basically every villain character gets killed off for good in their first appearance. Not only does this mean they miss out on being able to use the character again in the future, it also means that the actor probably won't be coming back either, since they very rarely cast the same actor for two different roles. Possibly never, I honestly can't think of an example. They'll probably work around that with multiverse bullshit, but that's just a narrative crutch.

So yeah, I think Tarantino has it right in a way, people aren't really going to see movie stars, they're going to see the characters first and foremost. But the death of the movie star has been a thing for a lot longer than the MCU's existence.

What you have to understand about Simu Liu is that he is not just Chinese, but also Canadian. Canadian Asians are the mixture from hell. They possess all the unbridled faggotry of regular Canadians as well as the inflated sense of self importance of the Chinese.
