@Mr. Racewar1488

The tension Marcus carried didn't just vanish with the salt air; it evolved. During the long, dark stretches of the midnight watch, while the rest of the crew slept in the humming belly of the ship, Marcus found himself staring into the black void of the Atlantic. He began to realize that the "bulletproof" persona he had cultivated back home was actually a cage. The curated image—the ideology of strength, the rigid adherence to a specific, exclusionary social hierarchy, and the performative masculinity of his online presence as "RaceWar1488"—felt increasingly like a costume that no longer fit.

He remembered the first time he had let the mask slip, years ago, in a small apartment in a city where nobody knew his name. The thrill of contradiction, the secret hunger for something entirely opposite to the world he preached, had become an addiction. He had spent a decade navigating a double life, preaching purity and strength by day, while spending his nights seeking out the very things his ideology claimed to despise. He had developed a particular, ravenous craving for the strength and presence of Ethiopian men, a secret world of silk sheets and whispered admissions that existed entirely outside the perimeter of his public life.

As the voyage progressed, the distance from his peers made the duality unbearable. He started to feel a psychic fraying, a sympathetic detonation of his identity where the two versions of himself—the hardline ideologue and the yearning submissive—collided. One evening, while reviewing data in the quiet of the lab, he found himself scrolling through his old forums. He looked at the hateful rhetoric he had written, then looked at the hidden folders of photos and messages on his phone. The gap between who he pretended to be and who he actually was had become a canyon.

The crash happened shortly after they docked. A lapse in digital security, a forgotten login on a public computer, and a series of leaked messages transformed his secret life into a public spectacle. The exposure was total and surgical. The very circles that had lauded him as a leader now viewed him with a mixture of disgust and mockery. They didn't just reject his politics; they mocked his desires. He was no longer the vanguard of his movement; he was a "sissy slut," a punchline in the very forums he had helped build.

The social excision was instantaneous. His phone, once a constant stream of validation and coordination, became a graveyard of blocked numbers and vitriolic memes. His friends—men who had sworn brotherhood—erased him from their lives with a cold efficiency that left him breathless. He returned to his apartment to find a void where his community used to be. He sat in the silence, feeling the physical manifestation of his shame, his body feeling strange and unresponsive, a soft, leaking wreck of a man who had tried to build a fortress on a foundation of lies. He had spent so long pretending to be a master of his world that he had forgotten how to simply exist within it.

It has me wondering if the genderbending a character into a straight relationship can work in other media with a gay couple. Not sure if anything else will work as well as it did here, but still....
Malfoid will have to cool off a bit before there's room for it - but I'm sure there's salt deposits in the Korra and Owl House fandoms to be had. I haven't watched either show, but turning Korra into a dude is guaranteed to generate tears, especially since she starts at heterosexual in the series before going lesbian. It would mean a character who starts as a brash faggot falling into a normal relationship instead.

All the Malfoid stuff is cute and does stuff to my heart that makes it hurt. That said, I find all the other plots surrounding to be incredibly amusing. Whether it's Dumbledore and his eternal war against the house elves, Luna and her noticing, or Hellfire McGonagall and her SAS exploits.

It's something lads have been yearning for but couldn't express artistically because they're all hustling dayjobs and stuff - while the paid artists and authors are all turbofags that would never express it for them.

AI made it doable with a prompt, so lads are finally able to punch through the wall and post this stuff. If it continues to lead to good characters for women to emulate I'm all for it.
Indeed. However, Bowsette happened before AI art got to this point, right? That was all people making their own stuff and what resulted was mostly spank material.

Amelia is very similar though. I don't know if British women have been getting the message, but apparently this type is in demand.
