I've heard of them, I think they're one of those "generic" wholesale brands that you can only find at discount stores like TJ Maxx, Ross, etc. and aren't really carried anywhere in particular.

It shouldn't burn, did you check the ingredient list after you had that happen? Sometimes it's an ingredient that causes the burning because your skin is sensitive to that ingredient.
absolutely check the ingredients for anything you’re putting on your skin. a lot of makeup tends to have pretty bad things in it that can easily make you feel uncomfortable or cause irritation.
I also wouldn’t rule out possibly having an allergy. I’m remembering all those times I’ve seen people say “Wait, you mean [insert fruit here] isn’t supposed to make my mouth tingle and burn?”

My pits are the only thing I haven't tried it on yet because of how horrendous getting them waxed felt. I feel like it might not be as bad since I've got more control with the epilator, but your warning has made me rethink trying because my armpits are definitely not tight.
Nothing quite like having the epilator pull an entire half inch of skin in its teeth and having to figure out just how the fuck you shut it off and pull your flesh out without two free hands.
I'm pretty sure I've raved about epilators here before. 100%. I am also fair & have naturally dark hair and will get terrible razor burn with regular shaving (much less now than in the days before 5-blade moisture-pad razors, but still), and the cost of regular full waxes is not worth it, so I've been on the epi train for legs* for a few years. Won't go back. I find it completely painless and incredibly convenient.
Waxing pits is way better, as painful as it is, because it's mostly all in one go. But I just shave them bc the growth is so slow and I get a really smooth shave. Epilator (for me) needs thicker skin than pits or privates have.
Bras, sure. Wacoal (pricey, bigger size range) and Bali (affordable, smaller size range) are decent brands. Underwear--a lot of brands have like buy 3 or 5 for $30 deals usually. Cosmetics or fragrance. Kitchen gadgets. Umm... Levi's. That's about all I can think of to just burn gift cards on.
