I think Chris Chan's "you don't have to ask me twice, but during the stone age..." meant if it was the stone age, Sonichu would have been a caveman and therefore too dumb to understand something you only told him one time.

It's like cow tools where the joke is literally "if cows could make tools they would be poorly crafted because cows are dumb and lack thumbs"

People expect jokes to be either immediately funny or have some kind of deeper meaning that you have to figure out before it becomes funny. So when you hear a joke that it's funny right away, you assume it's the latter type and there's something you have to "get" to make it funny. Sometimes that isn't the case and the person telling the joke is just not funny.

i checked my meme folders and found one ancient merchant. there was also an egyptian king who had sandals with a bound jew and nog on them so he could metaphorically walk on them

We've seen the chinese magic turn the old guy and the interviewer into lesbian women, so does this mean that ALL people get turned into lesbians, or into same-sex attracted people of the opposite gender, aka the lady would turn into a gay male?
If we go by the opposite gender theory, also referred to as tranny theory from now on, then this implies that the old lady is actually a tranny. I saw someone in chat say the rubber bands joke is that the old lady cut off circulation to her penis as a DIY way to remove your own penis, but that doesn't make sense because she says "keep disappearing to" aka it's an ongoing thing. Tranny theory would still imply that mtfs have some reason to use a lot of rubber bands, even at a very old age (maybe exclusively in old age?).
On the other hand, lesbian theory is all affected by the curse turn into lesbian women, presumably women who are already gay would just turn more gay.
By lesbian theory, this joke implies that (elderly) lesbian women use a lot of rubber bands. My guess is that it has something to do with being in relationship with a man, so only lesbians that are trapped in a relationship with a man would use a lot of rubber bands which would mean that they're in some way used for masturbation.
The rubber bracelet theroy also doesn't make sense because the two other lesbian women depicted don't have them so it's not established in the comic as a "comically obvious lesbian feature" and I doubt that the punchline to the final frame would be as boring and tame as "i wear them on my arms sometimes".

I'm just really confused, I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out here, I'm at my wits' end here.
