Personally I'm just going with if fiction really doesn't affect reality, then we can disregard the countless times fiction actually influences and helps people for the better. It really just boils down to if people can discern and comprehend what is fiction and what is real.

Again though, im just aruging for it to be considered the same as like littering. A 25 thousand dollar fine for the offense. Which I think is a good punishment. Jailtime for multiple offenses as well and like the really REALLY bad stuff. A socially shunned crime that is considered the lowest of the low but not a immediate death sentence like for pedophiles. It would still be a crime that carrys a huge effect, like a large fine, and one that is socially shunned by everyone like littering as well. I should have explained it better honestly.
