Highly unlikely. He's been evaluated and tested time and time again and aside being a low iq babbling imbiecele who can't stop playing pretend for five seconds. That's not enough to be declared insane or unaccountable for his actions. My guess is Barb refused to cooperate with police or press charges. They had nothing to go on beside the allegations. All this pussy footing around has indeed been trying to get chris off with a transfer to some kind of mental care home with intent to get him sent to some cheap section 8 house and living off his tugboat in the future.

Im just wondering if said home will allow him internet and or social media to contact the outside world again. Not likely at first if the internet is determined tied to his mental ineptitute.

If any one thing would be sought after by Orbiters to get into his head like the Idea Guys did, it would be the Amnyfest Ring. Here's hoping it was the first thing to be thrown in the trash, so nobody can use it to manipulate him.

Do you think he could have grabbed it as he was being kicked out of Branchland Court? It should be with the rest of his possessions in jail storage if that's the case.

Like I said before, Barb denying the incest affair or not providing evidence was one of the other explanations that Chris could possibly be granted a place at Gateway Homes.

All I have to say is that I feel bad for the other re/tards in that group home because if Chris really did rape his mother then there's a chance he'll probably rape one of the other residents.

I've watched crime documentaries on all kinds of sexual criminals from pedos to serial rapists and one of my distant family members is a criminal psychologist and sex offenders are opportunists, they will literally do whatever they can get whatever they want if they are really desperate and it's just only a matter of time before Chris stands trial again for another reported sex crime.

If the bank takes the home they honestly do not care about the possessions inside
If you want anything from christory check the dumpster
You won't find any of his toys or anything that could be considered valuable to your average person in the dumpster.
I used to clean out houses for banks and Realtors and such and we all would just take anything valuable and put it in our truck to sell later.
Before you guys say anything it was not illegal typically the banks or Realtors or flippers would buy the house they just want the whole thing cleaned out they don't care about any of the possessions in there just that they are gone.
Now you may be wondering what does Chris have that's valuable well games and retro toys especially his transformers. Those are a quick sale

Thing is, Barb was accessible, incapable of fighting back, and is a True and Honest Woman. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's unlikely Chris is going to forcibly bum any random male sped they make him room with.

It's a hard thing for a pervert like him to accomplish, but I'm sure that there will be at least a few complaints about his behavior around people. Even if he doesn't try to rape anyone, he will still unintentionally molest people judging how he was with Megan and how he was around his fans during the Too Many Games convention. Plus, what if there's some super hot big breasted woman who works as a caregiver in the group home? Chris will probably hit on her or at least make excuses to hug her. Chris is that autistic he thinks he's entitled to everything and everyone!

Unfortunately this is not uncommon amongst male speds. A lot of really vile behaviour gets waved aside as, "Oh, he doesn't know what he's doing. And often the higher functioning ones end up on MGTW and incel forums, where they're taught that they are owed sex and relationships despite having absolutely nothing to offer. There's a reason why all these autistic male troons are so fucking rapey.

That said, Chris has the musculature and physical coordination of a limp, wet noodle and he cringes away from anyone who looks like a fight. I certainly wouldn't put it past him to try to rape an unconscious or physically incapacitated woman, but anyone who works with speds should have the ability to intimidate their charges into backing down, especially if they're dealing with a coward on Chris' level.

It is so scary the thought of knowing that there are so many people like that out in the community, especially in care homes filled with vulnerable people.

I really do hope Chris does end up in prison for the rest of his life, he cannot be trusted on the streets alone with other people.

Let's all hope he gets at least institutionalized!

That's all true. For as much as people make a big deal about Chris being too weak or stupid to be a predator, he sure has a lot of traits of being a predator, albeit a naive and weak one. I think people refer to someone like him as an "opportunistic predator" where he has no set ideal he hunts for and just takes what he can get.

One of the creepiest Chris pictures that always sticks in my mind, besides the one where he's next to Megan, who is visibly not into it, and Chris wearing this smug smile on his face is the one with the little girl from his visits to Fridays After 5:

Chris sitting there in his gay trucker outfit, ass hanging out, poking around on his video game, some little girl being stand offish, unconsciously holding her arms across her body, obviously a result of some weird conversation they were having, unknowing that Chris is wearing a bra with WANT WOMAN written on it, while he's in the midst of some China hunt.

It really does feel like one of those photos that show up on some investigative drama show...the topic being "why didn't we see the signs of a predator in our midsts sooner?"

followed by interviews with locals saying how, "he seemed like a weirdo but a misguided and mentally challenged one. We never thought he'd be luring kids into his basement until it was too late."
 
Chris will be stuck in a group home for probably the rest of his life. That one place says it's to learn independence, but they say that to make their program look good and not a waste of time and money. Some of these facilities have had mentally stunted people living there that didn't even know colors or shapes.

If the employees who work there are actually competent, I almost feel like they'll become villains in Chris' life/story. Like another Mary Lee Walsh.

But Chris isn't that stupid. The home really just needs to get him to drop the goddess/Jesus act and learn some kind of work ethic. Even one as simple as cleaning toilets at night so he doesn't have to deal with other people. Just him and his janitor supplies late at night all alone cleaning while listening to youtube on his earbuds.
