Chris literally describes himself as a celebrity and tells people he's famous on the Internet, and Chris will get more mail than other people at whatever facility he ends up at. The wranglers and other inmates will know he's got a following.

Honestly subsidizing something like that would probably be the best option although I doubt Virginia has a program like that. Put him somewhere on his own because nobody else deserves to have to deal with his bullshit, but have a wrangler visit him and maybe a designated payee to make sure the bills get paid.
It'd be cheaper to set him up in a cheap hotel than keep him in a group home permanently. Also I did not know the difference between a guardian and conservator, and should have said appoint him both (my bad).
Most dangerous no, but he would be very annoying to deal with. Chris is an egotistical dumbass who has no respect for anyone, especially authority. He would never follow the commands of the orderlies, constantly mess with the other patients, and be a massive slob. No way would any of the limited selection of homes want to deal with someone like that, especially since he was close to getting charged with rape of a vulnerable person.
They can find some remote area of mountainous woodlands and put in a punch of little 1 room cottages. each just enough to house one tard. Tell them they are going to a special "camp". One to teach them lifeskills. Like concentration. I'm sure they could finds a Chinese company willing to run it. I mean Chris may be a fat greasy tard, but his Kidney's are probably pretty healthy, right?

Maybe it was violent. Maybe that's why he was arrested so quickly. If not, though, he used the same abusive manipulative techniques Barb had taught him. I wonder how much she understood of what was happening to her and why.
I think she is acutely aware that the day of the pillow could happen at any point. The way she skirts around the house like a mouse in every video. Very careful how she talks to Chris and how quickly she gives up when even 10 years ago she would of made a huge scene.
Considering that her son never took responsibility for anything bad that he did, I bet Barb has a pretty similar mindset. To her it wasn't her lousy parenting that caused it, it was the trolls she tried to warn Chris about or his autism that made him snap and give her the duck.
It's hard to say an 80 year old half-dead lady deserved to get banged by her own son. Being taken care of by Chris was deserved though.
Fair, I wouldn't want to say someone deserves to be raped you're right. Nor did Bob deserve to be eaten alive by bugs. Fine a bit of an exaggeration on my part. To quote Fred Gwynne's character from Pet Semetary. "What you buy is what you own, and what you own always comes back to you."
No it's very hard to feel bad for Barb considering how awful of a person she was and probably still is. All of what happened to her is ultimately her fault for raising Chris so badly, but that doesn't mean Chris is some poor victim or that Barb isn't. They're both awful people, but Chris wanted to be the worse one and decided to rape his mom.
Think of it more in terms of a cautionary ancient epic tale told by people sitting around a campfire. Or like some Greek tragedy.
