With neither Chandlers physically nor mentally fit to financially take responsibility over the home, It's likely going to get repossessed, but considering the state it's in right now, it'll probably get auctioned off for pennies on the dollar. He's probably not going to prison, nor out on time served. He'll be out without any sentence whatsoever (because it will be suspended judgement, not suspended sentence), unless he fucks up probation, in which case he goes to prison.
Unless he goes to a state-run tard home (of which there are not many), he will keep his tugboat. The caveat being that most/all of it will go to paying for the privately-run tard home, with maybe a small allowance left over.

You're both wrong. The word question in "begging the question" did not originally refer to a question in the usual sense of something being asked at all. "Begging the question" originally referred to an argument that assumes the conclusion it claims to prove (and therefore doesn't actually prove anything new). Far too much detail is provided here. This is why I never use the term "beg the question" in either sense, nor make a habit of trying to correct others about it.
I’m not sure, he surprisingly got through his last suspended sentence period of 180 days following the macing incident, although that was done at his old home, with his autism a new environment will be a difficult adjustment, particularly if he can’t get all of his toys sent there.
