I feel like even then Chris would still be at least 70% tard still.

No way chris uses his money responsibley he'd only ever use his tugboat to buy Legos, toys and video games. Doing something like paying to live in a nice tard home is something chris won't do if there's a state tard home he can live at without paying a cent for

He probably will beg for donations, since not only is Chris so used to being bad with money without real consequence, he's literally come to expect others to literally donate cash for him in order to support his habits. Such as back in 2020 when he was gearing up for Babscon - he had a fundraiser for travel expenses or something, but he already had the money set aside (allegedly, knowing Chris that would be the single biggest instance of actually saving for something this side of ever) and the fundraiser was to replenish the coffer so he could still have the cash on hand to blow on dumb shit.

Granted, this is also true for his stay in jail since even with ween-funded comissionary cash, there's only so much you're allowed to buy in jail. A tard home might be slightly more lenient in letting him have stuff but it definitely will get pushed by Chris well past the limit and they are not going to allow him to skirt the rules.

Ya chris is seriously bad with money. And I'm almost certain chris is gunna loose all his worldly possessions from branchland court. Maybe he could find some way to visit while supervised to reclaim some of his shit but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if barb or whomever has been helping her didn't sell all of chris' video games and donate his toys to goodwill. Assuming chris gets income his priorities are likely gunna be buying a new Nintendo switch, getting a new ps5 a new TV and a new computer rather than things that could help him move out and be independent like a down payment on an apartment or rent. I think chris will likely give up on paying off the sonichu temple once it dawns on him that he's for real not going back

Chris will lose control of his tugboat. It will instead go to a designated payee who will manage Chris' finances. Essentially what Null was trying to be (before he came to his senses), except the designated payee won't give a fuck about Chris like Null did.

Designated payee? Guessing that'd be some kinda state appointed social worker, as I don't think chris has anyone left in his life who genuinely cares. Caden (and let's face it he's probably just in it for the money) is probably all he's got left.

I covered this in another thread (I don't remember which one). SSA prefers it to be a trusted friend or relative, but Chris doesn't have any. It's possible someone at the tard home will be designated, or there are semi-charity businesses that operate as payees for a VERY small service charge. It's something like $40 per tard per month, they have to handle at least a half dozen tards, and they have to be a registered social service provider.

Caden (and let's face it he's probably just in it for the money) is probably all he's got left.

Caden would rapidly fuck himself. Designated payees have to keep very careful track of all their charges expenses and make an annual report to justify every penny. Barring misuse of Chris' tugboat, there's no way to make it financially worthwhile. Caden would almost definitely abuse the position, and that's serious business. We're talking 10 years in federal prison and major fines.

It would have to be a private, or nonprofit/NGO tard home. If he goes to a state tard home, his tugboat gets shut off. (This goes for any state-operated inpatient mental health facility, which is why Chris' tugboat is likely to have been shut off while he was at Western State Hospital).

If it wasn't turned off (against the rules) 30 days into Chris jail stay, it was definitely turned off (according to the rules) 30 days after he was transferred to Western.

I seriously doubt he, or anyone, has taken the steps to turn it back on. If his designated payee is associated with the tard home he gets placed at, they will likely get it turned back on and claim any back tugboat owed. If it's an independent payee, they may only bother to get it turned back on and ignore the back tugboat. Either way, it's not going into Chris' pocket.

I think he'll show up (likely through a representative) to collect his share of 14BLC when Barb kicks the bucket (assuming there's anything left), but not until then or for anything else.

He hates Barb and was at least somewhat jealous of Chris not being abused like he was so he's probably felt at least a small amount of schadenfreude. At the same time it's a public spectacle where his own mother was raped by his retarded half brother so I doubt he wants anything to do with it, it probably reminds him of the abuse he (allegedly) suffered when he was younger.

If it's true he was abused by barb in the ways he described earlier in his life this happening to barb is some sort of karma
 
I'm curious what's gunna happen to all of chris' video games, toys and logos. While I'm pretty sure Chris has a legal claim to those items is there a way for him to go back and collect his shit before getting the boot from the sonichu temple for good? Or would chris have to pay for a lawyer and sue barb to be allowed entry to retrieve his items or be paid a sum of cash equal to his possessions. Although if 14 branchland court was as cleared out as the rumors stated, chris' belongings may be gone for good
