honestly the idea of chris walking around telling everyone that hes jesus along with everything else makes me wonder if someone would not just call the police on him again and get him taken back to the mental hospital.

That is normal behavior among the homeless in big cities.

It is not easy to get someone sent to a mental hospital in the US.
 
At this point we're watching a man drowning in his own feces while dragging anyone trying to help him in the slightest manner.

Unless God-Bear-Jesus or the merge happens. We're pretty much watching some poor fucker lose everything and eventually end up dead under the bridge. The court is essentially Pilot washing their hands after doing their due diligence. It's no skin off their teeth because they probably go through hundreds of nut jobs like Chris and there's bigger, important things going on.

Anyways I give it 1 week after release for some dumb fuck to help Chris out and 3 days before they get tired of his bullshit.

Chris would be nothing special in a city, but this is a tiny rural court in a town of 500 people (Stanardsville) serving a county of 20,000 people (Greene). They really don't deal with that many unusual cases. Mostly just petty crime, some assaults, occasional cases of kids getting molested, a few rapes here and there, and one or two murders (or none on a good year). The prosecutor's "office" is literally just the prosecutor and his secretary.

This is likely the first time they've had a case of a retard banging their elderly mother, and the first time they've had a case have attention (however autistic) across the internet.

Chris really is the village idiot.

Who knows though, that could have been ultimately resolved years ago. Truth be told they are probably also helping Chris as well by keeping Barb out of some shithole Medicaid nursing home (and helping her as well, if you know what goes on in those hellholes).

Virginia has "filial responsibility" laws which means these places can potentially go after the children to pay unpaid medical debt.

I doubt the bad blood between Barb and the rest of the Westons and Chandlers has been resolved. I say that because that would have to involve Barb taking responsibility for her actions and we all know she'd never do that thanks to her narcissism.

Still I doubt that Harriet and Uncle Tom are having Barb live with them. Their info is easy to find and they live in a small retirement community, in a house basically for two people. If Barb is there, the "guest room" would be about enough for a bed, chair, and that's it. I doubt their retirement community would allow them to take in an additional boarder anyway.

Barb's most likely in some sort of managed care facility. Virginia is actually pretty good with this and they even operate a placement service for elderly people who were victims of crimes.

If I remember correctly all the family members that actually got along with Barb are dead and Harriet and Tom don't like her if I'm not mistaken.

It's mostly kept at a distance. We know nothing about Carol; she might as well be dead at this point. David is more cordial with few interactions, well none now. Chris knows where he lives, but hasn't reached out. I guess at that point when Chris and Bob visited him and his family (they weren't home at the time of the visit), and was butthurt they didn't see them, Chris may have harbored resentment. Which is weird, because the last time David saw Chris was at Bob's funeral. So, the only other family Chris has ever known was Harriet and her family since Chris and Barb took frequent trips to Richmond.

Other than Barb not wanting to have anything to do with Bob's kids, this would be the reason why Chris doesn't have a relationship David.

I imagine that David, knowing how far Chris is willing to go with incest, would worry about Savannah, and want nothing to do with Chris.

I suspect learning about the incest merely confirmed his prior policy of no-contact with Chris.

Also isn't Savannah an adult now? And therefore fully capable of deciding for herself to stay the fuck away from Chris (as if there were any other possible conclusion).
 
I'd say chris will compare his possible release today to when Brooks was released from Shawshank, but Chris is such a slow in the mind he probably only knows that scene based on the parody robot chicken did of it only with the Kraken from Clash of the titans instead of Brooks...here's the clip anyway for prosperity.

Homeless arc and becoming enough of a public nuisance that he ends up back in jail and/or a group home. That or edgy weens decide to Minecraft his motherfucking ass, because I definitely think some spergs would attempt a vigilante execution of a sped like Chris purely for fame, and the fact no one likes motherfuckers.

I have a horrible feeling that he would be harder to kill than expected.

He obviously isn’t one of those ridiculously tough guys who somehow survive mortal or crippling wounds, but I think his blubbery body might stand up to more of a beating or stabbing than expected.
 
Well he's not going away for more than 4 years no matter what happens so the 15 year estimate is kinda doo doo.

what will happen is he steals another homeless man's boots, gets his head smacked for it which makes him more retarded, he gets an internet connection and starts a cult around sonichu which then spirals into hoarding weapons and producing NFA items for Columbian drug cartels, which gets him kidnapped, scalped and killed by a rival.
 
So how long will it take for him to mess up, a week, a month a day?
It was noted that they did restrain him in the hospital, so it's unlikely he will have any sense of his situation.
 
We shouldn’t underestimate Chris’s ability to adapt, at least short term. Give him structure and he’ll do OK for a little while before spazzing out completely. Especially if he thinks he just needs to be a good little tomgirl until 14blc is cleared out for his fated return. He’ll do little chimpouts, but he won’t immediately get kicked out.

He will return to his old habits times ten, attempt to hoard knock off Legos, bitch about new sonic and my little pony.
