I can imagine a visitor, much like the Poe Toaster, visiting his pauper's grave every February 24th dressed in a red, white, and blue polo, leaving 3 McDonald's double cheeseburgers and a bottle of Fanta and vanishing until the next year for decades.

Actually I think in some places, the court mails or emails the people living in a certain area that a sex offender is living there. Complete with a picture of them.

Well the trolls would truly have the last laugh if he was followed all the way to his death and never found his solace he was searching for in his laughable existence (I hope it wasn't fucking his mom). I can see it now, even in death his life would be mocked and ridiculed online and elsewhere years and years after his passing and weens would literally dance on his grave in celebration for various autistic reasons, probably apart of some daft pilgrimage that people would hope to make some day.

You know I don't know if following his parents example has ever been a good thing for him, but If he should take one final lesson from Borb, is getting cremated so he can prevent scenes like this happening.

Speaking of Borb, what will happen to her now that she's living back in Branchland? She's rather old and defenseless at this point. A comically dedicated ween could go and kill her if they wanted. That is, unless she has assisted help living with her....

The fact that the state saw her perfectly fit to keep her living in her residence alone presumably without a carer, is probably a reflection about how the government (I guess more the county in her case on a local level since she would have been taken in by a hospital facility when Chris was arrested) seems to care for the elderly with clear mental impairments.

We know from video footage over the years and snippets about her behaviour from Chris that clearly she is not all that well in the head, it's hard to tell if she is so far gone to the point that she has dementia or Alzheimer's, but clearly something is not right with her, she's probably traumatised over the years after what Chris has probably done to her in da hoard and It seems like in her current state of mind, while she is probably safer in some aspects without Chris continuing to pester and abuse her, it opens her up to more risks down the line, such as potentially falling over objects in the hoard and becoming immovable or she ends up really sick and she doesn't even comprehend the idea of seeking medical attention for treatment.

So yeah her future is looking like a very dark one if this is what becomes of her if she doesn't end up in a nursing home (I know in the US they aren't perfect, but maybe in her circumstance it would work out a little better for her so she doesn't die in a witless way). She does have some remaining family members still alive that could reach out to her, but we know of course that she is a cruel manipulative women and I bet most of her family would have cut her off completely, so I guess she'll reap what she sow.

I think this is the most likely scenario. Prosecutors are free to not charge people if they see one party as the clear "villain", even if both could be charged.

He's still on his tugboat. SSDI doesn't go away pre-conviction, since you still have the presumption of innocence. If they took it away for people who were in jail waiting for trial, then they'd be creating a situation where your eligibility was determined by whether you could afford bail or not.

No idea if the tugboat is just sitting in his bank account or if Barb is moving it to his commissary account.

Again, leaving someone out of the trial would let defense to claim that Chris can't be charged with rape or for prosecution to claim that he should be charged with rape. That throws shadow on the whole process, since it will look like they are trying to put rape accusations on a tard or let rapist get away with "just" incest.
