That was discussed to death on lolcow and the consensus was that she probably doesn’t. Her features aren’t typical of Williams Syndrome and apparently people who have Williams Syndrome are often quite nice and trusting.

Considering Lillee’s height and her baby tooth problem, I would think she has an endocrine issue that was never addressed. Her behavior is just due to being an attic goblin since 2014.

Her lack of intelligence imo comes from the fact that her parents are hick bottom-feeder cave dwellers. Her mom seems to be the only person she regularly interacts with, and Laur is even crazier and stupider than her midget daughter. So, crap tier genetics and no schooling or socialization have made Lillee functionally retarded, no disorder needed. The two of them only communicate in attic pidgin.

So far, a brief update from mid-april 2021:

1/ Lillee got her invisalign. It's sponsored, the ads can be found on her website. The orthodontist is probably the one on her engagment pod following each other.

These are the only videos where she doesn't talk about the "haters".

I wonder what they' will do when they find out that absolutely none of the 1 million "Jeaniez" clicked on the ads...

How is invisalign supposed to move every tooth she has a full centimeter closer together? Will she have a 3 inch empty space somewhere after that? Will she fill in the space with extra teeth somehow?
 
Lolcow anons pointed out several issues in the process:

1/ You don't invisalign on baby teeth.
2/ Lillee would need to have all of her baby teeth removed asap.
3/ This should have been done 10 years ago and several anons were wondering if Lillee's adult teeth were damaged/rotten from being stuck in her jaw for so long...
4/ She needs jaw surgery to fix the misalignment, so far, nothing is planned for this.
She hasn't be able to eat solid food for a while now, maybe for years.
5/ The orthodontist is mainly looking for clout, they negociated the cheapest option. The orthodontist is not looking to efficiently fix Lillee dental problem. This is not a long term solution.

Leading to another huge issue:
What will happen when the orthodontist will realize that:
1/ The dental process will be trickier, longer and way more expensive than expected and can't possibly be fixed with invisalign.
2/ They've been lied to and ripped off by Lillee and Laur on their engagement and there is nothing in it for the orthodontist besides endless troubles with the Trueman?

Invisalign never was the reason, I suspect she was trying to cover how bad her teeth are since lolcow anons were absolutely right about her dental issues.

I suspect it has been for a while:
-She never lost her baby teeth, which are not strong enough anymore.
-She often shows her meal on instagram (stories), they live on delivery food and ready-to-eat food. It's always mushy food.
-In the Invisalign BRACES 1 MONTH UPDATE 2021 VLOG, you can see Lille can't microwave her own food, Laur always does it and probably loves to feed her with baby food which is not helping, but it's too late now. (Lillee also had a teething ring in that video and lost the invisalign cleaning product)

-Her jaw is misaligned, she posted a short video some weeks ago on twitter, sipping tea and having a very unnatural jaw movement. She can't eat solid food with that jaw moves.
-When her cat was sick for years and couldn't chew food, it didn't seems weird to Lillee at all (meaning she can't chew food neither?).
