Laur has Lillie scheduled for "surgeries" the week of their eviction, and is demanding someone find her a new, free apartment NOW NOW NOW before the evil trolls find Lillie at the hospital and profit off images of her.

Who wants to bet the "major surgeries" are purely cosmetic outpatient treatments? And taking out nearly $30k loans in your severely disabled husband's name and destroying his credit, that's definitely going to help Laur look sympathetic and not at all like an irredeemable monster. What's this about her being the sole income? I thought she couldn't work cuz she's too busy being a dutiful wife caring for her disabled husband full time, and her daughter is a super successful influencer! Surely Lillee must be earning a considerable income from her oh-so-lucrative "brand".

I almost feel sorry for Earl. Almost. If he truly is disabled to the point where he's confined to the home with no way to escape those two, he must be in utter hell. Do we even have proof of life? Or is he rotting away under the floorboards somewhere while these two cluster B chucklefucks collect his tugboat?

Welp, nevermind. That's fucking crazy that she hasn't made a single payment towards this then bitches and moans that the landlord is kicking them out </3. Not surprising considering the below (taken from the girlyfarms) - $4600 a month; this is an absolutely miserable and pitiful position to be in. Impossible to be sympathetic when you remember that they've just paid $2000 to lodge whatever that shit is against Perlmutter.

Laur's handwriting alone evidences her manic meltdown. She's been grifting apartments for years; this is the closest she's been to having her chickens come home to roost.

Laur has also committed perjury after deciding to take legal matters into her own hands: in previous filings for this eviction, she claimed that Earl is paralyzed from the neck down; that Laur is needed to be his full time caregiver; and that this is why she can't be expected to work. Now she's downgrading that to "housebound and 74 years old"?

Monday should be amazing. I don't think a pending appeal to the state Supreme Court will prevent the sheriff's order to remove the Truemans on Monday.

I'm assuming Earl is on SSDI since he's some type of paralyzed that Laur can't seem to make her mind up on, but I'm doubting he's making 4,152 since their claims that he toured with Dio was bullshit. It also tells me:

I'm going to assume that Laur and Lillee are getting the 994 for SSI since you don't have to work to get that but just need, I think less than 3k in assets? So it'd be 2,602 from SSDI and 1,988 from SSI. The minimum wage in NYC is 17 dollars an hour, so working full time LJ or Laur could make 2,702 a month before taxes. I think it's also been brought up that LJ might actually network with people if she worked as a barista.

I'm wondering if Laur filed for SSDI on Lillie's behalf for whatever genetic fuckery is wrong with her dwarf, making their social security income a combined one. Laur may or may not also be collecting her own SSI check, paltry though it may be.
 
Today is eviction day. I'm not a lawfag so I'm not sure what this is, but it seems like Laur, using Earl's name filed these papers 3 times against the landlord's lawyer and got it notarized online by some guy in Florida. I wasn't even aware that online notaries were a thing.

As of last week, Laur really thought she was doing something by filing a report with Adult Protection Services. Wouldn't she be making a report on herself, for being a shitty caregiver and signing for massive Housing Authority loans in his name, despite his frailty?

Laur also thinks that their lawyer not being available to appear in court on Christmas Eve is some big pwn that will shock the NY Supreme Court into granting the Truemans more free rent from this apartment, because squatting for the past two months is no big whoop.

The only true thing here is Laur admitting she's got no idea what she's doing.

None of this should have prevented the Marshall from coming to evict these three puds today. I can only guess that Laur and Lillie have been too busy cramming collectable dolls into their 2004 Ford light SUV to rage on Twitter.

So Laur, pretending to be Earl, triple-filed the exact same service notification (for a stay on their eviction) on their landlord on a Saturday? Did she not read the part where the person serving these notices swears that they are NOT a party to the case?

This is the second time in the past couple of weeks Laur has committed perjury: first was when she downgraded Earl's sworn condition from "paralyzed from the neck down" to "housebound", and now again she's serving papers - in Earl's name - where Earl swears he isn't a party to this stay of eviction? All this on top of Laur applying for (and receiving) a $28,800 loan in Earl's name from the NY Housing Authority to use for rent?

I really hope APS does a thorough investigation of Earl's situation - thanks for inviting them in, Laur! - because if he's non compos mentis and Laur is racking up debt and court filings pretending to be him, she's going to lose him and his tugboat this week.

I'm sure she's regretting not doing her homework on Laur before accepting their eviction case. Hopefully Laur's plea to be pro se is granted, both for the lulz and Jasmine's peace of mind.
