Lillee has Williams syndrome, right? Which is why her face is...the way it is. I don't think it's debilitating enough to qualify for disability or anything but, like, leverage that ffs you morons. She's still relatively young. She could certainly qualify for pre-employment training at reduced cost in NYC because of that. Move to Mt Vernon and commute or something?

It's been speculated, but I don't think she does, personally. She's the spitting image of Laur, and as it's a chromosomal deletion it's usually not inherited, it's a random event. So it doesn't explain why they're practically clones of one another in both looks and personality, as it's highly unlikely both have it. If she did, we'd have heard about it by now, because she'd never shut up about how "brave" and "inspiring" Lillee is for persevering in the face of her oh so tragic disorder.
Also, there's intellectual impairment in those who do have it, and while both Lillee and Laur ain't exactly MENSA, they're not retards. Just garden variety cunts.

Yeah I just read up, there's TWENTY EIGHT different possible deletions on the 7th they've id'd for Williams and none are inherited obviously. I also realize I have never seen a pic of her mom now.

Someone suggested Williams Syndrome for Cyraxx, and it's the same problem for lillee having it as it is for Cyraxx: people with Williams Syndrome are supposed to be nice, and pleasant to interact with.

Lillee’s biggest problem is that her mom took her out of school at age 13 or whatever and she never interacted with anyone else again.
The reason people think she has a disability is on some of Laur’s legal documents (for bankruptcy maybe?) she mentioned that there is a disabled dependent in the household. We don’t know what that disability is. anliteralidiot is probably right that it has something to do with her height. I’m also not entirely certain the disabled dependent wasn’t referring to Earl.

I'm pretty sure it was, cuz Laur specifically mentioned only one person in the home can work, and it's not her as she just haaaas to be a full time carer to the poor little defenseless disabled dependent.
I'm pretty she she ain't talking about sending Earl out to hold down a job.
I truly hate how badly the US judicial system fucks over landlords sometimes. Yeah, tenants should have rights, but not to the point where obvious parasites like Laur and her ilk can squat and take their sweet time destroying someone else's home.

Completely agree. I generally align with landlord-hate sentiments, but this guy has my sympathy - he has truly been more than fair, accommodating and patient with them.
When you see the type of shit that Laur is spending their rent money on - paying for fake accolades from shit like the Nepalese Film Awards for her retarded adult daughter who is fully capable of contributing, spending this money on bots, interactions, being part of an engagement farm, paying to register copyrights, Lillee's "equipment", website costs etc - it's just tragic that you can choose to not pay $30k of rent and the landlord just has to cop it and hope to get some of it back later down the track. How is this allowed? If you have the means to pay rent and you choose not to, you should be evicted in a timely fashion with limited opportunity to appeal. I have understanding for people who would otherwise pay their rent but have run into unexpected hardship, but this is not the case.
So they've paid up until 31 December 2025 given the landlord has been compensated via the HRA, now they get to live there for another month+ I assume without paying any additional funds. But I wonder what this will mean for this Supreme Court appeal, if a miracle happens and they are given the 120 days, I wonder what's going to happen with payments.
I don't know anything about the NYC rental market, but I have rented a lot and have never made it so far to receive the keys and then the landlord pulls out on me. This has happened to Laur multiple times during their apparent house search. Much like some people forced into attending job interviews to remain on welfare and intentionally fucking the interview up, I think Laur is intentionally being difficult with these prospects in hopes she can continue to say "well I was looking but they said no, so I guess I have no choice but to remain in this home!"
If Diamond Earl truly is as significantly disabled as they are reporting, it is Laur's fault that her paralysed, groomer of a husband is going to be out on the streets. Lillee will have to start to branch out and make a homelessness documentary.

Good point. If he is truly disabled I'm not sure if their housing on the 2nd and 3rd floor of this home is really appropriate for them to begin with:
I pity their downstairs neighbours.
It's a shame that not much is known about Diamond Earl. I do wonder if he is even alive.

Given her track record and zero proof that she's even looked at other homes, let alone signed paperwork/been given keys, I don't believe she's tried to find other housing at all. She's just lying out her ass because that's what she does. Same with Earl. Are they even claiming disability? Or is she just making shit up to play the victim yet again?
