I wanna know what Loona did to this twitter user. The ones who have no idea what it's from are the funniest. IDK how Loona is "uglyass". If they ever saw the show they'd see she has a conventionally attractive body in the torso area and is fashionable.

IDK guys - I think the whole KPOP phenom is over amongst SJW w females. Something they liked when they were 10 but have moved on. I get that Asians love them as it’s media represenation & Blackpink are fetishized “cute” Asian females that WM love, and AF & AMs love but that phenom has peaked imho.

Nazis seem to still love “sweet young but legal Asian women” but then those AWs get older and they become intense. And it seems that TRAs like Keffals love Anime.

I can’t stand either thing, tbqh.

The quote tweet calling out furries replies for being creepy and horny is hilarious.

They really don't know how similar they are to each other do they? Kpop QRTs being far more horrifying as they are more often than not simultaneously infantilizing AND sexualizing a real person. At least furries are being freaks about a picture. :stress:

Probably not SJWs, but there are still at least a few white girls around with massive yellow fever - Ella from 90 Day Fiance being a recent example. Don't think she mentioned K-pop in her explanation of how she came to be so into Asian men, just anime, but I've seen a few around who still thirst after K-pop men.

Still seems to be a thing with at least a few SJW types who think dating outside their race gives them more woke points (as straight white women are now almost as bad as their male counterparts). Though back in the day on Tumblr, I do recall seeing "POC" women who thought white girls were "stealing their men".

How do they look without photoshop & camera filters?

In kpop, due to the pressure to look perfect, often fans end up trying to find older photos of idols to "prove" they are natural beauties and not the result of plastic surgery. A few times it's legit.

Other times. Not so much.

Something I've noticed myself is Kpop song being written in a way that appeals to Tik Tok, using it to get more mainstream media reach. This video covers some of it. The marketers are tricky.

NewJeans is a relatively new group. Under the Ador label. Ador is under HYBE, which is the Kpop Company that BTS is under. Which obviously means they are probably the richest company in South Korea right now. Recently they've bought out several other Kpop companies, putting those groups under their umbrella. They also had enough money to buy out Justin Bieber and Ariana Grandes management company.

NewJeans is under the Ador label as I said. The CEO of Ador is Min Hee Jin. She was convinced to leave SM Entertainment previously, the biggest Kpop company in South Korea. As others have pointed out she has an intense interest in the concept underage youth and has been criticized in the past of her creative decisions in music videos regarding minors. As well as her interest in underaged Brooke shields in Pretty Baby. But she is hardly an outlier.

Romeo and Juliet 1968 is considered a cultural phenomenon in South Korea. Even today, 50 years later, you see South Korean Journalists, Fans and even CEO's reference Olivia Husseys beauty, the films 16 year old star that briefly appeared nude in the film.

Similarily, Leon(The Professional) is considered a classic over there. A film about the ambiguious relationship between an assassin and a 12 year old. You see homages, shirts and even stores dedicated to the film and the girl especially.

And of course the book Lolita. About an older man obsessed with a 12 year old.

So it's not really a one person thing. The interest in underaged youth permeates South Korean culture and perhaps Asia in general considering Japans AKB48's occasional underaged swimsuit photobooks and MVs, though I'm not sure of the explanation as to why.

I got into it because the music is pretty catchy, but god damn dude. Some of these people are psychos

There's a dude named john1997 whose obsessed with one of the girls from TWICE, homeboy got kicked out of Korea once already and is back trying to stalk uhhh nayeon? Again, he's already sent death threats to her.

K-Pop is an enjoyable genre but the fans make it cringe. There are two brands of cringe K-Pop fans that make it embarrassing to like the genre now. One is the fangirls who cry at any sort of criticism towards their idols and the worst ones are the ones who act like they somehow know these idols by stalking them online. So many of the main update accounts try convincing everyone that they are somehow close to these idols or companies in a subtle way. You have fake “sasaeng” bullshit ran by obsessed little girls all over these kpop spaces constantly embarrassing themselves. That’s not even all of the cringe within the K-Pop fandom. It’s almost as embarrassing as being a furry or weeb now. Nobody takes you seriously when you say you enjoy the music because majority of fans are there because they need an imaginary bf/gf.

Great reading through this thread.

I just found out HYBE Entertainment, recently opened up HYBE America. It's CEO is Scooter Braun. In the Celeb Gossip world theres lots of rumors he's casting couched many underaged singers. Or likely pimping them out to other celebs. Theres been a longtime rumor of Justin Bieber being handed over to Usher.

Okay it looks like the Big American labels are stepping in.

geffen.jpg

If David Geffen is stepping in with NewJeans. Then he thinks this a prospect. For those of you who don't know of the US Music industry, David Geffen is a big deal, probably the biggest deal, but has a bad history. Connected with various pedos and sexual Predators in the music and media industry, there have long been rumors about him and the people he surrounds himself with. I guess the girls passed the "audition".

I have read the thread and have come to a conclusion; Carpet bomb South Korea's population centers. Operation Linebacker III. The more I learn about SK, the more I hate them.

South Korea is only how it is, because of us. After the US occupation starting in the 70's. They took us, and went pro.

I don't know where else to put this- a member from the pop group TWICE was spotted wearing a Qanon T-shirt, somehow.

It's real folks.
