Kingdom Hearts III, the most expected game of the franchise, is going to be released in a couple days. Someone wants to share their thoughts about the franchise in general and what do you expect from the game?

 
The only thing I'm looking forward to is the addition of Duckberg. Especially since it's not going to be the new art style.

According to the rest of the trailer though, there seems to be an overload of angsty douchbag dangerhair dudes.
 
one of the losers actually excited for everything in the game, whether it be the edgy story or the disney worlds. my only real expectation is for the game to be pretty fun though, and have some great music.
 
Been playing the led up the past few weeks, got through BBS, 1, and Sora's COM but man do I kind of hate them.

But then I saw the trailers and got hyped for 3 again.
 
I suspect you'll jump around an "overworld" themed like disney in shoes that are comically large.
 
Ambivalent about it's release. My guess is that it will be sort of like Kingdom Hearts 2 but with an even dumber more convoluted story. Everything else though (music, gameplay, etc.) I'm sure will be fine though, so that's a plus.
 
I just don't care anymore. It's been too many years since II for me to bother with it.
 
Why is Pirates Of The Caribbean in it? It seems really out of place in this game when everything else is cartoon like. The last good game was Kingdom Hearts 2. I May just rent it for now.
 
It's gonna be visually appealing with great music randomly interrupted by Haley Joel Osment (am I the only one who thinks his voice sounds like it's stuck in puberty?)/literally any character preaching about hearts and the story's gonna be fuckin' stupid, way-too-busy and convoluted. And they could've given Riku an outfit of his own instead of just blatantly copying Noctis from FF XV.

In five years, they're gonna remake the second one only instead of cartoony, it's gonna look photo-realistic like Disney's been doing to its movies to cash in on that sweet, sweet nostalgia.
 
Went back last autumn and played through all the games on the collections that came out for cheap in my area. In retrospect, the series is eye-rolling and the plot is way too convoluted because all of the non-numbered games in the series are all canon which add context to what's happening in each game, but I'll actually know what's going on which is a plus. At this point, I've got to ride this bitch to the end and finish the job. Fingers crossed the series is done after this one though.
