I love that clip so much. Had to spend a few minutes tracking the full recap down but it's hilarious. That's 75%/150 proof Caribbean style puncheon rum distilled in both Trinidad and Thailand, so the viewer is actually sending him a nice taste of locally made booze. Thing is that's overproofed for mixing into a giant bowl of fruit juices and ice. The BOY in his infinite wisdom thinks that it's just sipping vodka so he downs some mixed with tea and proceeds to immediately hurl it right back up into the puke corner. Which is unfortunate because it's apparently a really good rum. Not a sponsor youtube.

He was actually on Ritalin not Adderall not that it makes a big difference they are very similar. Years ago he listed off all the medications his dad made him take before he moved out and they were Strattera (non-stimulant ADD drug), Ritalin (Stimulant) and Zoloft (SSRI) . He stopped taking all his meds the day he moved out. You can actually see how geeked out he is in his Gothickingcobra52 era videos from the Ritalin. Dude used to talk so fast he would become totally unintelligible.

He was also definitely combining it with caffeine. In this video (timestamped) he talks about how he has to hide his stash of energy drinks from Clint, because he once drank 2 of them on an empty stomach and had to be taken to the hospital. Honestly I wish he had kept his taste for stimulants, provided that he didn't drink booze with them... my favorite Cobes content has always been his insane stories, theories, etc that usually come out when he's amped up. When he drinks, the best you can hope for is the small chance that he'll go into freakout mode, otherwise he just starts to power down before falling asleep. Unfortunately these days he refuses to let viewers see his meltdowns, so we're left with his deli meat doldrums.

He spazzed out quite a bit when he started mixing caffeinated G-Fuel with vodka too. People like Josh are why they banned the original Four-Lokos.
