I wouldn't think it would affect Cobes too much, his retardbux is what it is, toobs. The issue at that time was probably more to do with the lease and Cobes not being allowed to have any permanent guests in the place.
As to why he might be hiding him from the camera; I would think here at present it's more that if some meth'd out tranoid is living there, the landlord (Clint) is now civilly liable for anything the might end up happening to F'lord. Plus, Clint would probably have to adjust the trailer insurance (pay more) for more than one retard living there. Moreover, Clint would have to claim on his taxes that he's getting rent (lmao) from that degen. It's all one big hassle an almost 60 year old whom owns this trailer solely for his son in the first place doesn't need.

First thing I thought of, but I think he owes more than 110, it seems they settled all of his outstanding debts during that court appearance. I believe it was 1570USD (maybe ~2k, not entirely sure) total for all of his old fines that he had not paid since 2019.
