It’s actually the opposite. A heart attack can present in a way that makes one think it might be gas or diarrhea or something stomach related. Most people dying on toilets were having a heart attack before they got there.

Sort of. If you quit drinking early enough your liver can repair itself, but there's a point of no return that if you push your liver into it won't be able to heal and you will die of liver failure without a transplant. Continuing to drink once your liver is in this condition will only speed up the dying from liver failure. Hardcore alcoholics can die as early as their late 20s/early 30s if they damage their liver enough.

Im not even saying poison.
I'm just saying from his last update he was talking about how he couldn't sleep he was in constant pain etc...
He was just worn down highly stressed and about to explode.
He needed to seek medical help and was just too foolish to do so. Its a damn shame.

This is gay and late, but I know there was a lot of posts about the drink combo thing in his honor.

I normally have a drink or few after work, and in his honor I did not on that day. And I just wanna say that anyone that's struggling with similar things to cobra, I'm sending you loves.
