As is often the case, in their scramble to virtue signal, CDPR brought truth to fiction - he needs to signal he's trans because letting people know and shaming them into playing along with the insanity is part of the fetish. Arguably, it's what gets them the most horny, next to wearing female clothes (preferably those of their mother, sister, girlfriend or wife).
The same logic applies to any setting that allows you to change the biological sex of a character via technology or magic - if such a method exists, and the end result is indistinguishable from the real thing, why would the tranny keep reminding everyone it's a tranny?
You can further expand the logic to games that let you pick your sex during character creation - why does there need to exist a troon option? Isn't the tranny's ultimate goal to become the woman trapped inside his male body? If that's the case, why doesn't he simply pick "female" during character creation and lets everyone in game treat him like a woman?
Why do they need the NPCs to acknowledge the PC is a tranny if their greatest wish is to pass?

You can select your pronouns and type of prosthesis in Forza Horizon 6, in French there is no neutral pronoun. "iel" doesn't exist. The prosthetics shit is the dumbest shit they have added to any racing game ever. No one missing 1 or both arms/legs is going to be a high octane racer, it's just not happening. The best you can hope for is missing one leg, but good fucking luck having just one arm and being a competitive racer.

I want to address this as the Left have indirectly confirmed their agenda for making entertainment products. They do not engage in their works. They do not care about making a good product itself. Oh don't get me wrong, I think putting trannies into literally any setting is stupid as fuck because it makes zero sense to be "trans" in a world where you can go full chrome like Lizzy Wizzy, or in a world where you can drink a potion to turn you into your desired sex, but as far as forced trans points go Claire is one of the less offensive examples because there's an actually interesting character to be discovered should you care to, yet it is a character you can ignore entirely and go through the entire game bar Claire's specific mission list without ever noticing that she is in fact voiced by a dude and you won't ever see the trans flag on the back of the Beast either.
Exploring Claire's story did break my immersion as she explained how her transition was True and Honest in the year of 2077 where you have murderhobo gangbangers with so many implants that they go cyberpsycho, yet Claire's family struggled with accepting her and all of that nonsense. I still much prefer a non-Mary Sue trans character that is completely optional, but to be clear it is still a turd in my delicious sandwich and I would much rather CDPR didn't put the turd in my meal.

Right when they were literally making hit lists of streamers who dared to play the game when the glorious gaming community (read: a bunch of trannies on x) had declared it off limits. That was the final straw for a lot of people and it's one of those "this is when woke finally started to lose it's grip" moments people cite.

I see this kind of confusion a lot among conservatives (who are not right-wingers, let's be clear about that).
They frame this whole discussion within the confines of expenditures and profits, when it's been made abundantly clear the indivduals/companies themselves, and the powers that grant them patronage, are not in the business of making money.
EA, Ubisoft, Activision, Take Two etc. have all the metrics they could ever want, they probably have access to more information on their costumers than many intelligence agencies around the world, they know very well what their costumers will and won't buy.
So why do they always seem to pander to a statistically irrelevant minority, which not only doesn't buy the product, but when pandering to it actively alienates a massive percentage of the costumers that do? Why do they always double down on this agenda pushing? Why do they always go out of their way to anger, ridicule and antagonize paying costumers, when doing literally anything else would net them more money?
And the simple answer is that they do all of the above because the goal is spreading propaganda, and if that fails, then poisoning the proverbial well, and all so they can make everyone that isn't them as miserable as humanly possible. In fact, they relish in taking people's toys away and destroying them, forever chasing that fleeting moment of hurt and impotent anger this causes.
That singular moment is the only thing they actually take joy in, and they won't stop until they are physically made to stop.
No amount of "go woke go broke" is going to work, because the whole government and global finance apparatus will cover their losses (usually by stealing away your money), and if the company or individuals become toxic for the vast majority of the mainstream, they'll just close the company down, shuffle the employees to a new entity and try to obfuscate who works there and which NGOs are giving their input.
Not even a whole industry collapse is going to stop this, since they'll just leverage the Western political and economic might to pressure other countries into doing it for them, attempting to convert the natives so they become good Marxist apparatchiks that will push the party line (like it is happening in Japan).
