She posted that this thread should come down because it’s “mean.” Well, Kelly, what is actually mean is manipulating and lying to people for attention, using up valuable medical resources that you don’t need, and just being a fucking munchie. Stop doing those things and you won’t have a thread.

While I think we can all agree with the sentiment, we are but virtual echoes and can't really do anything to changethe reality of who she is and what she's doing, so I would say that we should all stay calm (I know, I don't always take my own advise) and enjoy the free entertainment her insanity provides.

Again, I absolutely agree with what you're saying, but getting legit angry about it will only give her victim hood fuel and drive you mad when nothing changes.

Oh, I’m not mad. Kelly couldn’t make a person feel anything other than annoyance. She will never change and she will always be insufferable. I just have no respect, patience, or sympathy for munchies. There’s legitimately ill people who would kill to have a normal life, then there’s people like Kelly who purposely do this shit. She has no value.

ETA: Kelly admits she wouldn’t have done this had she known it was so painful.

She should probably mention to her followers that the reason she has her own thread is because she made a sock puppet account and SUGGESTED IT HERSELF while pretending to be someone else. She might want to add that whenever her thread goes quiet she makes sock puppet accounts to bump the thread and reignite interest.

It's so funny that she claims she wants her thread taken down. The people who post here are literally the only people in the world who care about anything she does, even if they only pay attention for their entertainment. If she didn't have people laughing at her on the internet the only attention she'd receive would be legally and ethically mandated attention from medical personnel (who also know full well she's a munchie).

Don't, she takes away vital resources from those who desperately need it. She is a pathetic person who deserves less then she gets currently. Blood donations are precious (especially universal donors) and she uses them for asspats.

Oh i don't feel bad as in "what a poor girl", it's more like I find her to be a fascinating case of failure. She does all she does for attention, cuts herself up, bleeds herself, burns herself and poisons her cat, but the only attention she gets is from anonymous internet people who like to make fun of weirdos. All the medical and positive attention she works so hard for, she gets none of. Just contempt.

Kelly has made a few references in her blog and Instagram stories about needing to defend something about Gina being hospitalized. She seems to be implying that Gina has a thread here as well. However, I can't find anything like this on here or Lolcow. At one point, Gina suffered an injury to her eyes and Kelly used this to pretend that her sister was dying so she could receive asspats on IG, but that was years ago.

Does anyone else feel like Kelly's been telling her sister that people are accusing her of being a "munchie" as well? Is she gaslighting her sister? Has Kelly made some sort of thread about her?

Her sister was in the hospital in some country recently. I forget what for, something simple like food poisoning. Literally no one cares because one visit to the hospital by her twin doesn’t mean she’s not a munchie. Kelly is trying to twist the situation to make it like we’re out to get her and her family. I have no doubt she’s lying to get her sister worked up.

I'm super hoping Gina is smarter than that since she's known Kelly longer than anyone. I think it's much more likely that she just agreed to take a snarky picture while she sure jan'd her way through a guilt induced visit to her cringy ass sister before moving on with her life and pretending she's an only child until she's dragged back again for the next "emergency"

I was curious if that was her or not but wasn't 100%. She outs waaaay too much effort into her sock accounts for the tiny payout of one maybe two followers leaving a "leave her alone she's so brave" message.
I kind of wonder if she uses messages like that to gauge how receptive her "audience" is to her lies as well. Like it's just bait to weed out anyone who may agree with it.

Even if this wasn't an absolutely blatant baiting attempt I can't imagine anyone here would be interested.

The most creative she's ever gotten with blaming others for her own actions was the cult stuff and somehow she even managed to make that uninteresting. For a chronic liar you'd think she'd be able to spin at least a half decent tale, but nope.
 
I’m curious where the threshold to get someone committed is. Not for any troll plans, I don’t care if she’s committed or rotting her body, but just in general because with her history of extreme self harm there is NO WAY this isn’t in her file that she has done this to herself, or at least that it’s an extreme probability. I wonder if it would take push from the family and they’ve just given up? Are Canada’s laws really that fucked? Any Canadian farmers have any insight?

It's SUPER hard to get anyone any kind of treatment against their will here. Doesn't matter if it's for addiction, medical treatment or mental health the general rule of thumb seems to be if you can say no, then the answer is no.
Obviously if they're a danger to themselves or others there is some precedent, but it's crazy hard to prove and they can only be held against their will I think three days before they either have to actually committed or set free. If they're committed they're still only stuck there for a max of 3 months before they can appeal to the consent board and plead their case to gtfo.
Also if you're not taken in by a cop or doctor, you can only be involuntarily committed by your closest kin (Or I think your lawyer if you have none) so nothing any friends, well wishers or evil doer's can get you in a straitjacket.

I think if they're in a rapidly deteriorating condition with no help of improving on their own they can also be committed, but I've only heard of that being used on homeless people who are posing a danger to the community.

That said, it is a bit different province to province so it's possible that out on the heroin riddled shores of BC it's easier/harder than us more easternly folks but from what I've heard it's no small task across the country.
