I suspect his creepy daughter does, so casual viewers will click to see how fucked up Peterson is, or if he's going to announce his imminent demise as part of the video, or have a mental breakdown on camera. He looks almost okay in some thumbs, but this...this is not one of those.

Here's a pic I found on Twitter yesterday that shows just how much Peterson has aged in the 4-1/2 years since the messy office pic was taken (and in the meantime Douglas Murray has only got younger):

He looks awful physically and just very unhappy in general.

About what he's saying, some things I agree, others I understand and seem way too influenced by his daughter, like the points about big pharma. This is coming from a man who has acknowledged the usefulness of controversial pharmaceuticals before in a country where concerns about predatory pharma companies are, at the very least, non aplicable the way they are in America. Also, in my experience, international travel is a complete hassle in almost every way and somehow the part he finds most annoying is the covid testing? He was so angry too.

This is grasping at the straws - a mostly-informal conversation is not a scientific discourse where one needs to have a handy reference to peer-reviewed papers to make a point in the discussion.

Besides: is the point actually controversial? I was making the same observations when the first lockdowns were morphed into perpetual restrictions (possibly not on KF, tho).

Having to prove you took a jab is fascism! But melting your brain in a clandestine hospital is... reasonable medical procedure, I guess?
