mild pl but I’ve been in a car that flipped 3 times and there’s simply no way lol. His hands would be cut up, more than likely his face too. He’d have massive bruises from the seatbelt as well as wherever his body hit the car as they flipped. The car would be absolutely smashed, how the hell can you flip more than once without damage on all sides of the car? I’m positive it’s a fuckin lie.
 
The first time I heard or saw anything about Star was an article on Something Awful. It was a picture of him drooling milk on to a pile of Froot Loops on the floor. I thought “This guy is going places. Probably a hospital.”
 
There have been instances of cars flipping multiple times and not blowing out all the glass or caving the roof in, and there have also been instances of people having severe internal injuries from accidents without many visible bruises or scrapes. Nothing about this accident is implausible.

On the other hand, it's Jeffree Star so there's a fair chance the story is embellished.

Not gonna lie, for flipping over three times in a car this mofo didn't get a single surface scratch

I flipped my car once on black ice. Windshield cracked making a shit ton of glass enter my car and cut me in a few places.
My face was pretty bruised. Got black eyes and broke my nose (wasn't a bad break, pushed it back into place)
Hands cut up after cleaning myself from the glass and getting out.
Also I did a perfect 360. Rolled the car right back on the tires and still was pretty scratched up.

Kinda sus.
 
Accidents aren't all the same. I flipped a Jetta, rolled it a couple times and hit multiple parked cars while rolling, eventually landing upside down on a parked car and walked away with just a couple cuts on my hands from crawling out over broken glass. Wiped out on a moped going under 15 and was pouring blood from all sorts of places.

Plus, on how the car looks in the aftermath, kinda doubt the car fully flipped "multiple times". I'd wager it was maybe once, but the damage just doesn't seem consistent with flipping after hitting a patch of ice while driving like a Californian. If it did, I'd like to know what defense contractor had a hand in making it, because they could rival Lockeed-Martin.

Tl;dr: Californian ghoul-alien lies, but is astoundingly bad at it. And ice is the slippery answer to the Californian problem.

There is no way anyone can break their back crashing a Rolls Royce Cullinan going less than 100mph - if they're wearing their seatbelt.
There is no speed at which you can crash a car without a seatbelt and somehow get no apparent injuries other than broken vertebrae.
Roof damage suggests rollover, but the overall damage is not that bad. If the insurance totals it, the car will most likely be rebuilt by some youtuber.
At least it's not pink anymore - or is it a new one? The original one had pink interior?
