The Holy Qur’aan should not be touched by anyone except those who are purified. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Verily, the Mushrikoon (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allaah, and in the Message of Muhammad) are Najasun (impure)” [al-Tawbah 9:28]

On this basis, the kaafir should not be permitted to touch the Qur’aan, whether he is a Christian, a Jew, a Buddhist, a Hindu or anything else. But it is permissible for him to listen to the Qur’aan on radio or TV, or from tapes, and it is permissible for him to read the translations of the meanings of the Qur’aan which are available in different languages.

Something I noticed is the difference in how Islam is practised depending on where you are. Each"Islam" has variations depending on the national culture, for example in Indonesia like some users already pointed out where music is acceptable, Maghreb where it's "okay" (but racism towards blacks is pretty high, I'd say it's a common trait in most Islam ruled countries) or Iran with the sex-change thingy.
On the subject of Memri TV, something funny about it, it's run by a bunch of Israelites if I'm not mistaken, the founder was an ex-IDF general and counterterrorism adviser for the Jewish government. Some critics complain about the bad translation they have done in the past to make the muslims look bad.
Also, one of the great secrets in the Middle East is "Where the hell does the royal family of Saudi Arabia comes from?" and the origins of Wahhabism. There's a lot of speculation going on, like how the initial family was a merchant tribe who was co-opted by a jewish merchant during a trip in Liban (which fooled them by pretending to be a long lost cousin) to go back in Arabia and found a country.

Watching movies has a bad effect on the individual and on the ummah. These include the following:

1- Provocation of desires

2- Propagation of immorality which is made attractive and easily accessible

3- Teaching and justification of crime, and making it familiar to young and old

4- Corruption of married life, by making the wife seem ugly to the husband and vice versa, by showing images of attractive girls and men

5- Spreading corrupt beliefs which are based on kaafir theories, such as the theory of evolution, or attributing the powers of creation and destruction to researchers and inventors, or propagating magic, soothsaying and claims to know the unseen, or making fun of religion and religious people, and other things which appear in movies that are shown to young and old.

6- Wasting time and draining away energy, living with illusions far removed from reality.

Many of the movies and novels that are known as “Science Fiction” include a lot of kufr, such as putting life and death in the hands of some created being, giving creatures the ability to create from nothing, saying that scientists in laboratories can create from nothing, making inanimate things come alive, creating life from a fossil that has been dead for many millenia, or travelling to the future then coming back to the present. All of this is impossible, and no one knows the unseen except for Allaah. Some of these novels and movies also include clear contradictions of historical facts that are mentioned in the Qur’aan and Sunnah, such as man’s creation and his life on earth. When the Muslim indulges in reading these books or watching these movies, it shakes his belief or at the very least wastes his time and keeps him busy with something that is of no benefit to him.

I know that ghusl suffices for wudoo’, whether or not the person who is junub does wudoo’ before doing ghusl. But what about touching the penis and buttocks whilst doing ghusl? Does this require wudoo’ after finishing ghusl?

A few things:

1) "Israelites" haven't existed for millennia. What you mean are "Israelis."

2) Yes, MEMRI was founded by an IDF veteran - a group that in theory covers the majority of the Israeli population, since like Switzerland, military service is mandatory, with relatively few exceptions. This does not in any meaningful way undermine their credibility. Virtually nobody questions the accuracy of their translations. What people do question sometimes is the video editing and the underlying motive. As to the video editing, full form videos can be found of pretty much everything they translate, and they aren't at all taken out of context. They are extremely fair and reliable in their output. But yes, like literally every other entity on the planet, they have an agenda. And yes, that agenda is to showcase what is said in the Islamic world's media, because unsurprisingly what they say to a domestic audience and what they say in English for Western consumption are wildly divergent. So you can fairly accuse them of having an anti-Islamic and/or pro-Israel and pro-West agenda, but that's about it.

3) Blaming Israel for the birth of Wahabism is the fringest of lunatic conspiracies, and one that is totally in line with typical Arab and/or Islamic behavior of blaming Jews (or "zionists") for literally anything and everything. If you share this penchant, you're a fucking moron.
